Great customer service - staff was friendly and courteous; answered questions about parking our car since they did not have a parking lot available; breakfast staff very helpful Parking - not available on premises but they provided info on where to park Room - beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower! Best in Town!

The property was safe and perfect distance to the Eiffel Tower. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The view is well worth it! Great stay!

Best location if you want to be close to the Eiffel Tower area. Going to other places is at least 15-20 mins which was fine with taxis available always outside the hotel. We had drinks and dinner at the restaurant which was also very good. Overall best hotel in the area.

The hotel rooms are very average, my biggest issue is the hotel controls what time of the year you can use AC which is beyond ridiculous for the amount of money you pay, you should be able to use the AC at your own free will. Our room had a disgusting smell of cigarettes smell and the staff tried to remove it but it still lingered. The AC would have helped with that a lot. The location is great as it should be for the price, and the breakfast if you pay for it is worth it.

Excellent location for the Eiffel Tower although I would not have walked around there late at night. Room was ok but starting to get a bit tired. Unfortunately the room wasn’t ready despite asking for an early check in and only arriving 40 minutes before the check in time. We were not offered anywhere to sit or get a drink and had to find somewhere in the bar ourselves. We then weren’t called when our room was ready and had to go back and ask ourselves. Overall the hotel was ok, but given the price think there are better options out there.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Super clean, cozy and elegant. However, what we really love was the view we had from our rooms to the Eiffel Tower and how close it was from the hotel , like 3 minutes away

I arrived to my hotel room with no toilet paper which I found suspicious as it should be cleaned daily. It took three requests to finally get it but we still did not receive body wash despite asking. We had to leave a note in French for housekeeping. They did not replenish our tea supply or complimentary drinks despite it being used daily as we were told it would be.

Other then the property not disclosing the they don't have air conditioning in the winter, staff was great and very professional. Location is awesome, the views are great. Hotel Restaurant is good but a little pricey but great service.

The gentleman at the front desk Asirim was very pleasant and helped me upgrade to a better room. location was perfect, view from my room as amazing and the hotel was very close to everything!

The hotel was amazing. We had a suite for my family of four and had a view of the Tour Eiffel. The room had a kitchen and table. It was plenty of space for my family of four. The amenities of the hotel were top notch and the staff were very helpful too. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The property itself was very nice! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location of the hotel is a short walk to the Eiffel tower! There are restaurants and cafes very close to the property. The only downside is that they have a very limited room service menu, not a lot of options. But other than that it was a great stay in Paris!

We enjoyed our stay but don’t think the hotel is worth the money they charge Room was very basic and there was no entertainment in hotel The rooftop bar was so busy by people who wasn’t staying in hotel and was a big que We really appreciated the bar tender that works at the bar on the ground floor his name was Ismail very polite and attentive made us feel comfortable he’s a credit to the hotel Thank you Ismail for the great service you provided us

This property exceed all expectations. The young man that helped check us in helped get us a room with a nicer view. Of course we were so happy considering we were celebrating our honeymoon. The lady at the concierge desk was beyond helpful with helping us learn to get around. I would definitely reccommend and hope to come back and stay here some day.

If you book for the balcony with Eiffel Tower view, you will need to confirm it again with the front desk when you arrive at the hotel because they might not give you the room you specifically asked for.

My wife son and myself went for a long weekend. With site seeing planned. As soon as I got to hotel I was impressed with the staff and standard of the hotel. Top class. The breakfasts were a1 and the room fantastic. Great location for site seeing and felt safe through out. 10/10👍
