"The resort is enormous and stunning. Each employee was helpful and kind. Because to its popularity, getting an early or late check-in is more challenging. Breakfast at Coral Lounge is a must; the spread is fantastic and the service is excellent. Highly recommended. "

Thank you to my friend Dul at the front baggage area for your kind friendliness. i would definitely recommend but i hope you dont like watching tv much. no signal most of the time. I gave up asking why so i just watched online stuff from my ipad. if you like a nothing fancy restaurant and bar on the beach check out no name bar and restaurant perched on the rocks on the beach 10 minutes from the hotel. Good food cheap beer amazing sunsets. "

"Novotel Phuket Resort Patong was a lovely resort overall. Very friendly and polite staff, who assisted us with tour bookings and other queries we had during our short stay. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty to choose from and catered for all nationalities. It can do with some facility updates as it's 4-star rating. We would recommend the resort to family or friends if visiting Phuket. We wish the staff all the best for the future and thank them for their hospitality."
