This is a very old hotel that will do well if some renovation is done as its very convenient and right in the heart of entertainment and amenties.

Diamond Beach Club was Terrible
This hotel was disgusting. My friends checked in before me and when I went to their room, I decided to give it a shot and try to check-in. They did not allow me too check-in and I am glad they didn't. Whatever was described or shown in their photos are a deception. I honestly feel staying their was a hazard to my health. The elevator was run down and broken, there was mold in the rooms, cockroaches under garbage bins, and floors with yellow tiles which wreaked of urine. I can continue but this sums it up. I would like a refund for this hotel as I was forced to find accommodations elsewhere. -Ian

I just want to say, it’s the worst hotel I’ve stood at in all 37 trips I’ve taken. The room reaked like a corner where most people pee at when they can’t find a bathroom. Fanning myself was more effective than the AC. And waterbugs and reptiles every where. The guy came back and sprayed the room after I asked to change rooms. I had to beg to move to another room and it was in the same condition. Never again.

We ran - Dirty, Roaches, Pee stain, mold
We were a group of 7, everyone booked their individual room. I did not recognize any of the advertised pictures at first, then realized, those were either take. 10 years ago or were photoshopped. Unbelievable how let down and dirty that hote was. We checked in and got rooms almost next to each other, it was hot everywhere, no venting or air conditioning in the central part of the hotel. One of us had to switch rooms I scantly due to yellow (most likely pee) stain on the bathroom tiles. It literally smelled like Train Station bathroom in there. In his next too. He was welcomed by a pair of cockroaches running over his bed. My room was very old furnished, hot and sticky and the air conditioning unit tooonforever to cool the rooms down. I just briefly went into the bathroom to wash my hands and noticed a tile missing in the wall from where water was dripping out and fell to the floor. There was a open pipe catching the water running down, “gross” I thought and moved on. After returning later to the hotel after getting food, one of my friends mentioned he is scared to take a shower, saying he wouldn’t step a foot in that shower. I was curious and checked mine...I almost threw up. Not even in sandals would I step in there to take a shower. And that was after a day of travel in 94 degree humidity. I called the action to switch hotels I Stanton, which all of us did. We left. This is a place seemed like its glory days were a long time ago and no investments for years

More bad than good
I would not recommend this hotel. It had its day - it is old and run down now. No safes in the rooms. Pool was closed. Musty smell in the building. Room airco took a long time to cool things down. Wi fi was NOT in the rooms, only in the lobby. Staff accused me of taking a whiskey bottle when I don't drink whiskey. Amazing - they couldn't produce the bottle either. They need to take a deposit upfront and take the 'crap' out of the rooms (chips, cookies, etc...) instead of trying to sell it and make a profit. I paid for the water I used. I travel a lot and this was one of the worst places that I have stayed at - very old and outdated.
