We were the only UK Guests in the whole hotel, all the rest were Russians, felt isolated, there was no English notices anywhere, the rooms were not cleaned daily, our balcony was flooded from from the air con machine, breakfasts were cold and not designed for British guests, there is no way guests can avoid stairs, even if you used the lift, there are still stairs to negotiate,

Good rooms nice pool breakfast no $$ gym not good
Good spacious rooms - nice pool - breakfast not worth the price however. area ok - near beach - fitness needs attention for the price as its very sub standard. So overall a good place but more of a 3 star than a 4 star.

3 nights in modern superior room was a great experience, the room is very new! The good thing of Wongamat Privacy is that it keeps you a privacy, not so much people walking around as other guest also loves the silence. I love the pool so much as it was huge and very new as they just renovated , i think. The breakfast was good as you can sit and enjoy the cozy vibe.

Good experience in Pattaya, we decided to choose this hotel because of the price is good during the high season period. We have 2 kids so we looked for the property where our kids can spend the time in the pool, we can have a sunbathing. The breakfast was nice comparing with the price you need to pay in Pattaya outside, we chose Breakfast included so we had a chance to taste it, it was good enough for us. There are parking slot in the basement of the building so renting car was a very correct decision as well. Overall stay was satisfy when you are looking for a reasonable price stay with good quality of room and service.

Disappointing.
On arrival various lights in the room did not work. There is no do not disturb sign on offer in the rooms and room service times varied from random knocks at 9an to 2pm. We then had a wodden chair in the room that was sat on after a shower. This marked the towel. I then received a phone call wanting 300 baht for the towel for the mark or we could take to a laundry to remove. If the towel was not mistreated and marked by there chair it's ridiculous.

The Elevator is now working properly after checking everything. The Wifi router has been upgraded and changed. We are truly apologize on the mosquitoes issue as during the rainy season, there are lots of mosquitoes in Thailand but we will also ensure that our house keeping team will monitor on this.

one of a good pattaya stay during my 10 days trip
reserved to be here for 3 nights then move to South Pattaya area, i love Wongamat Beach-not so many people. Love the local restaurants with a very cheap meals. I went out for a day but stayed in the hotel quite much on the 2nd and 3rd night, ordered their food with discount provided when i booked on Expedia. all day sunbathing made me very tan now-wow! The pool is their key selling point, the room for me was good enough to spend the night on it. I have no problem with the wifi signal even i have found that some comments complaint about the signal. Their lobby is on the renovation and might be completed soon but i think they should upgrade the elevator as it takes me 2-3 mins to wait but it's ok.

Comfort Stay in Pattaya, Naklua area
I did not expect to have this comfort when I booked the room as the price was really too competitive comparing other 3* hotel in the same area which has no pool like this one. The room size is quite big comparing with what i have paid at around 8xx thb. per night and it came with breakfast as well! I rent a bike, so there is no obstacle for me to go around, only 3-5 mins drive to the beach and 10 mins by walk - for me it was ok.

cozy atmosphere, worth the price
This hotel is half residence and half hotel so there's some family who owns the room on some building, this is why we felt safe as it's not too quite and not too busy. Breakfast is OK, the room for me is comfortable enough to stay 3-4 nights even it looks a bit outdated but overall was good. Good thing is the front office staff can communicate in Russian and English as well so we could also ask for the direction or ask for the taxi service by using their help.

Overall it was a good stay
Good Hotel near Wongamat Beach. Check-in without problem. Hotel is good for the money. Mostly Russian, a bit of Chinese and Thai guests in the hotel. Hotel has big swimming pool. Breakfast is incl. room rate and okay, should be improved a bit. Going somewhere is not that hard, you can rent a bike or ask the local taxi service.

They are on the improvement!
when i was there, they are doing the renovation at the lobby, as far as I remembered, i visited this hotel 4 years ago and it looks a bit outdated but now it looks a bit modern. I booked the modern family room-the room fit for 2-3 adults and 1-2 kids as the space was big enough for my family. The outdoor pool is still the hero of the place. I loved the fact that they have 2 connected pool for adults and a smaller pool for my kids. The breakfast area was renovated so its more cozy than last time. The location is not a problem for me who spend 1 hour every morning to jog.

Good stay, walking distance to food and bars
2 nights stay with cozy atmosphere, i have no problem with this property-good people. They are on renovation at the lobby area so a few sound during only short time on the day. Overall was great. The room price is not expensive. I can walk to many local restaurants, coffee shops and also the main street for night time hanging out.

Comfort stay both short and long stay
as i understand there's a residence building as well so the room size comparing with some other hotel in Pattaya with the same price range is different, this hotel provides a big room size. I paid 860 thb during last week and paid additional breakfast charge at the hotel. The room is in the good condition. The only point that i want the management to improve is the Fitness which they need to have a new trade mill. I spent most of my day by their huge pool which was great by the size of it.

Cheap stay. Just cheap. Dont expect anything.
Hotel is located 7 mins from Centara. The closest beach is 10 mins away and is not suitable for pleasure. Don't expect any service from hotel staff. My bathtub does not drain. Dirt everywhere. The shower "drips".... and does not have hot water. Not to mention...I stayed in a "Grand Room"..... not so grand afterall

Average all round -- would not stay there again
only 2 or staff shone out as being helpful and happy smiling people -- the lady manager i found very miserable and unhelpful and i forget we the customer are paying their wages -- the cost of the shuttle to the airport is double the cost of a taxi to the airport so needless to say i didnt use their service -- the food was average and not very exciting -- the most friendliest were the security people

พื้นไม่สะอาดเหมือนไม่ได้ถู คงแค่กวาดๆเฉยๆ เปิดประตูจะเดินออกไปตรงระเบียงปรากฎว่าแมลงสาบวิ่งสวนเข้ามาในห้องทันที ไล่กันอยู่นานมากกว่ามันจะออกไปได้ ระเบียงกว้างแต่ไม่น่านั่งเลย ข้อดีคือสระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ สวย สะอาดมากๆ น้ำใสแจ๋วเลยค่ะ

Проживание в этом отеле было только частью поездки. Поэтому впечатление от отпуска осталось в целом хорошее. Но Wongomat изрядно попортил настроение. Хотя наверное сами виноваты. Повелись на дешевизну. Отель дешевый, расположен на севере Патайи на второй линии, есть хороший бассейн и стандартный для 3-х звезд набор услуг, но все сильно пошарпанное, оборудование в номерах старое и местами не работает, кондиционер течет, поэтому на стене грибок, персонала явно не хватает и он какой то заторможенный. В номере практически не убирались, меняли полотенца и стелили кровать (белье не меняли). WiFi практически не работал, связь слетала постоянно. До моря далековато, поэтому по жаре в основном отдыхал у бассейна. В общем печалька, кроме стоимости ничего хорошего не увидел, тем более, что перед этим был на Самете, где отношение персонала и уровень обслуживания был на порядок выше.

地點較遠，出入不方便，房間大床舖都不錯但隔音差，日夜經常聽到開關水喉及冷氣機聲音。好處是價格平有露台可看到泳池。

추천할 수 없는 호텔
12월말에 모던 패밀리룸에서 2박했습니다. 직원들이 모두 친절한 것을 제외하면 매우 불쾌한 숙박 경험이었습니다. 입실하자마자 객실에서 지린내 비슷한 역한 냄새가 낫는데, 이는 환기 문제가 아니라 옥상에서 큰 침실로 누수되는 오수 때문이었습니다. 침대에 누워서 보니 천정에 물이 번져있는 자국이 있어서 이상했는데, 아니나다를까 밤사이 오수가 침실로 뚝뚝 떨어지는 사고가 발생했습니다. 일어나서 이 상황을 알고 조처를 요구하니 룸메이드가 출근한 다음, 다른 객실을 준비한 후 객실로 교체해 준다고 했습니다. 결국 11시경에 교체했습니다. 문을 열거나 닫을 때 페인트칠(?)이 떨어져 바닥이 지저분해서 불쾌한 기분이 들었습니다. 교체 전후 두 객실의 모든 방문이 동일했습니다. 거실은 에어컨이 없었습니다. 결론적으로 지금까지 모든 숙박 경험 중 최악의 호텔이었습니다. 물론 직원들은 친절했습니다.

During your stay, we were told that the room was not so ready to serve our guest so what we did is to upgrade your booking to the higest category which is Grand Deluxe Room during your stay period. Beautiful Large room with 2 extra big beds ,relaxing count , Big patio with swimming pool view , Huge Restroom with Bath tub and shower altogether , 2 sinks the room is Great furnish with the luxury wood furniture : Breakfast is great ,Most of the guest here are Europian , We love this place **will definitely refer to others ,We will come back again,**

хорошая территория с хорошим бассейном. недалеко хороший пляж. удобно добираться до центра. хорошие завтраки. отель-кондоминиум достаточно свежий. просторный номер, а вот интерьер оставляет желать лучшего. плохой интернет. контингент одни русские- обязательно найдутся такие которые подпортят настроение.
