Clean nice smelling room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was cereal, fruit, juice, bagels, toast, coffee, granola bars. Sufficient for an overnight on a road trip. Would stay again.

This hotel claims to have a 24 hour checkin, however upon arriving just after midnight, I found the lobby door locked. I rang the bell multiple times as the sign suggested to get my room key with no response. I attempted to call the hotel for over 30 min and nobody ever answered. After trying for over an hour to reach somebody at the facility I was ultimately unsuccessful.

Comfortable but Odd
The room was clean and everything was in it's place to perfection. Internet was good, parking, not so much. There were 2 negatives that should be stated. 1- the first thing you notice when you enter the lobby are the "Do Not or we charge you" signs plastered everywhere and 2- whoever installed the sink and shelf in the bathroom over the toilet so you have to search for the flush handle and then hold it down to clear the bowl, also made it too wide so the toilet lids do not stay a up. Two people should have been fired for that project, first the guy who designed it and second the guy who accepted it.

I travel frequently to Pendleton. Pictures showed the rooms to be renovated - most have been a show room because the room wasn’t that nice. The heater barely functioned making the room freezing and unable to shower the next morning. Left early in the morning because we could not be comfortable in the cold. While bedding/towels were clean, they were thin/scratchy from over bleaching. Breakfast is available, but it’s mostly stale toast/small bagels with only jam available (no other toppings). TV was barely functional and remote didn’t work. Would not stay here again especially during cold weather as there are other affordable places in town.

My daughter and I stayed one night. Although the room was reasonably clean, the carpet could stand shampooing. The bed was very uncomfortable: it felt almost as though we were sleeping on the box spring. Also, the single blanket provided was insufficient to keep us warm, and we had to have the noisy heater on through the night. For the price we paid, it was too costly for so little comfort. The continental breakfast was disappointing, consisting mainly of stale bagels and dry cereals as choices. We won't use the hotel again.

This hotel is pretty run down. The rooms are ok. They tried to update but the old is still there. They told us we could park our bikes upfront. Then they called us 10 minutes later and told us to move our bikes. At 8am in the morning the police go to City Hall which is right across the street and honked and turned sirens on to wake up the homeless that were sleeping there. Liked being able to walk to the local restaurants. It was decent fpr the price for one night. Wouldn't stay on 1st floor with all the homeless and drunks wandering around

We liked it enough to book three nights next week for the first leg of a long road trip! Tucked on a street near Pendleton's downtown area, it felt safe. The owner was strolling around the property when we arrived. That displayed great commitment to their establishment, in my opinion!

We stayed as a spot to sleep before heading to our final destination. We checked in and went to bed. I was disappointed with the continental breakfast since there was no cream cheese for the bagels and I couldn’t seem to raise someone while we were eating. They also ran out of milk and we were there about 7:30 AM

Comfortable, mostly quiet, accessibility limited.
The room was comfortable and quiet. I booked an accessible room. It had some nice accessible features and some that didn't help. The side handles were attached to the toilet seat and were more of a hindrance than help. They make cleanup next to impossible. The sides on the tub were higher than a normal tub which made it difficult to climb in and out of. A non-slip mat was not provided. There was only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and no backup in the room. There was a shower seat provided and good grab bars all around the tub and toilet. My biggest disappointment was that I fell trying to get out of the tub. I hit both knees and had a lot of bruising. I also hit my head and had a rather large lump form immediately. When I told the person at the registration desk, they showed no compassion or interest in my injuries, took no report, and told me he couldn't see anything wrong.

It was a clean room but I was surprised that they didn't make my room up..didn't make the bed even. Checking in was fine but was surprised how little parking there was..got the last spot Saturday night..nothing in the back where my room was. And the security latch in the room was broken like someone had forced thier way in..kinda creepy being by myself! Used a chair to secure the door..didn't do the free breakfast didn't look to inviting!
