Paint smelling, windowless room.
Given a paint smelling window less room. TV does not work, no attempt to change the TV was made & the room was made ready for the next guests. Power cut, or problem with the electrics as the guy at reception said, no candles were given, so no internet too. Hotel is 20 minutes walk from the centre.

Great private spot on the beach.
Cheap beers at reception. Very kind and friendly. They speak English, Russian and French. Secure spot for your scooters. Nice pool and beach front area. Beds were a bit hard - but that's the norm in Vietnam. Great breakfast and coffee in the morning. Add it to your stay worth it. Not walking distance to the bars. Good place for scooter access.

Quiet, Simple 18 room hotel. Very relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for a break from city life. Swimming pool looking into the beach.

Okay - but wouldn't come back
29$ turned it 42+ $ when booking through hotel.com - Way too high booking fees!!! Hotel was ok, but hotel tour and transport arrangement was not good service as they pushed and rushed everything. Pool was dirty the first day but was cleaned next day. Bed comfort was poor - one bed broken and fell apart in the night. Located a bit away from everything and bike rentals were higher than average. The hotel manager could be bargained if you use some efforts.

Close to beach!
This hotel is located to very close to beach. Friendly service. Locationwise is a little far from main mui ne but close to the fishing village. Room condition is clean with the balcony! There is a restaurant right opposite to the hotel offers tasty local food!

Receptionman did not break the currency and we had to pay for tge taxi in 2 time more, he told- sorry, i have no money, break 100 for 50+50???? I dont beleive that he has no money in the hotel. Our room could not be closed had been broken. Terrible breakfast 2 eags+ bread, cup of coffee, for the extra cup he asked about money. When we checked in the man asked "Why are you so late? I am sleeping already!"

An unfortunate waste of time.
There wasn't much wrong with the hotel, but the location was so poor that I wouldn't consider visiting again. The prime attraction is the beach, but haphazard development & pollution detracts from the experience. It's difficult to walk anywhere because of the strip layout & there's very little to see anyway. I wish I hadn't bothered.

Mediocre hotel but very cheap
Beach in front of hotel is fairly sub par and eroded away. Dirty looking pool and a room filled with ants. Very hard to deal with front of house manager who runs the place. Doesn't speak English very well and had a very hard time understanding that we had paid for the hotel online in advance through expedia. The charge is still pending so we will see if it goes through but he did take down my credit card information and charged me a second time for the room we had already paid for through expedia. The room was decent, small but clean except we had a somewhat annoying ant problem. The location was not very good and not very close to anything. I would personally find another place to stay a few kilometers south of the hotels location.

missing money
room was OK. Pool and yard was bad shape. If you just sleep in hotel it is ok. but if want to spend time at hotel not for you. no room cleaning at any Day??? and We noticed when we arrived to next hotel that some of our money was stolen from room!!!! 100€+some vnd!!! check your money before and after.

Всем добрый день! Отдыхали в отеле 4 дня и 3 ночи с 25.10.2016. я муж и ребенок 7месяцев. Отель обсалютно не понравился. За номер обшарпанный, в ване отсутствует душвая кобина, есть сама лейка, но даже шторки нет. В потолке квадратная дыра и лампочка на гвозде висит. Ужасный пружинный матрас. Есть балкон, к нему претензии нет. Покупали через сайт с завтраком. Кормил нас обслуживающий не рецепшене, что приготовил то и ели. Выбора нет. В номере за все время ни разу не убирались, полотенца не меняли,мучор не выносили. (Представляете что такое мусор 4 дня) Ни шампуня ни чего и фен тоже отсуцтвовал. Территории практически нет. На территории бассейн-это отдельная история... шизлонги мы попросили, и зонт тоже. Бассейн не чистили все это время, фильтра в у него не ратобали. Вода начинала цвести. Из отеля через калитку можно попасть на пляж. Пляж грязный, его не чистят и много рыбацких лодочек. Гуляют коровки и их последствия... песок цвета грязи и не смотря на чистую воду,желания купаться у нас не было. В общем мы разочарование. На фото все значительно лучше. Само Муйне не понравилось. Деревня. На 3 звезды отель не тянет.

Ants in the bed, dirty pool
I read the comments from previous guests, so I was prepared for the problem of the owner's inability to find our reservation for two days. We did get asked for two days about our reservation, and i was fine about it. They figured it out eventually. I booked this hotel because of its beachfront location and the convenience to shift from pool to the sea. They do have a beachfront pool, but the pool was dirty when we arrived. They started cleaning the pool after we arrived. What really bothered me was the ant problem. Usually I don't freak out about ants because we have seen them in a B&B apt, but they have got ants in the bed. We saw three In our bed. After two nights, I have got ant bites all over my body. And they did not change the bed linen or clean our rooms once during our stay, even tho they remembered to get into our rooms to turn off the power switch every day after we leave the rooms. I have been traveling in Vietnam for three weeks now, and have stayed in enough hotels to say that this one has the most cleanness issues. The only pro I can think of is the privacy the hotel offers. Since we were the only guests staying at this hotel, we pretty much had the whole hotel for ourselves. But the dirtiness and discomfort has made the stay a really unpleasant experience.

주위에 아무것도 없어서 조용하긴하지만 번화가와 떨어져있어서 좀 불편했습니다 아저씨께서 친절하셨지만 베트남식 억양이 강한 영어라서 알아듣기 좀 힘들었네요ㅠ 수압은 좀 많이 약한편이었고 냉장고도 안차갑고.. 나쁘진 않았지만 다시간다면 이곳으로 숙소를 잡지는 않을것 같습니다

Bra hotel för det priset man betalar. Lite i utkanten av alla affärer och restauranger men har man inget emot att gå så är det inga problem. Perfekt för de som vill vindsurfa eller bara ligga på stranden.

Nicht zu empfehlen!
Nachdem so einiges nicht in Ordnung war mit unserem Zimmer und den Service, wurde es bei der Bezahlung noch schlimmer. Wir hatten über Expedia gebucht und bereits bezahlt, allerdings wollte uns der Besitzer weiß machen wir hätte noch nicht bezahlt und Tat auf einmal so, als würde er kein Englisch mehr verstehen. Nach langem hin und her gingen wir schließlich einfach. Wirklich nicht weiter zu empfehlen! Außerdem war der Pool leider sehr dreckig!

Lugnt hotell med närhet till sol och bad
Vi gjorde en kort vistelse i Mui Ne och bodde fantastiskt bra här. Fin pool och stranden precis utanför hotellet. Vi var aldrig inne i stadskärnan, som låg en bit bort, vilket vi inte saknade. Det var lugnt och skönt här och restauranger fanns det gott om ute på gatan. Hotellägaren var härlig och hjälpte till med allt, tex tvättservice på 1 dag och bokning av utflykter samt nattbuss. Rummet var fräscht med balkong och fint badrum. Frukosten var okej med det vanliga som stekt ägg och baguette samt frukt och te, ville man ha mer gick det bara att beställa in. Enda negativa att säga om detta hotell är den hårda sängen.

It was a great small hotel! Only 15 rooms with pool and the beach right next to it. Lovely guy named djom who took really good care of us! Best hotel in vietnam!
