OK place for the price and location
Across the street from the beach. Good price for the location. The place does need maintenance though. Drains in the tub and sink clogged easily. Probably due to beach sand. The door had a huge crack, which was partially taped from the inside. Since the door lacked weather-stripping, mosquitos had easy access to the room. After dousing the room with bug killer spray, lighting a few mosquito coils, and stuffing towels under the door... The mosquito infestation was eliminated. The staff was extremely helpful in supplying the bug spray.

For the money, this was a very pleasant hotel.
Don't expect a black resort, but the room was clean, the air-con worked. Pleasant courtyard in the middle of the hotel, where we dried our beachwear. Helped us to get a decent taxi driver in the middle of the night, so we could catch our train. It's not the ritz, but certainly great value for money.

You get what you pay for when booking budget accommodation. I'm fine with the lack of amenities, cold showers etc. The one issue I had with this hotel however is that they didn't clean my room at all during my 3 night stay. I don't expect much and as a minimum they should have at least swept the floor and emptied the rubbish. The worst part is that in Vietnam you're not allowed to flush toilet paper and you have to put it in a bin instead. Nobody should be expected to live in a room with used toilet paper sitting in a bin for 3 days in 37 degree heat. I don't know why they didn't clean my room. I went out from 9am to 3pm each day so they had ample opportunity.

Horrible toilet and room not very clean
Though it is centrally located, near to the beach, shops and seafood eateries, the hotel's toilet is horrible as the bathtub is always choked. The running water from the tap is pathetic. Shampoo provided is also inadequate for all the guests. I booked a quad room for my family of four but the shampoo is only enough for only 1-2 persons. I also find that the bedlinen isn't very clean. Aircon is also not cold at all. Overall, I find my stay there not very comforting.

Excellent Value Backpackers Hotel.
Great hotel, ideal for Backpackers, Friendly & Helpful staff, Rooms were clean and well equiped with Aircon, Fans, Satalite TV etc. Good location in Center of the main drag of bars and across road from Beach etc. Cant go wrong for £7 a night!

Great hotel for a great price!
Clean and modern hotel- basic but has everything you need- especially the air con and fan! Very friendly and helpful staff! Stayed in a bungalow the night before for over double the price and was not half as good! Definitely recommend!

Distinctly average.
Actually can't complain too much about the initial state of the room but unfortunately things went south reasonably quickly! For £7 a night I feel a little mean giving a bad (ish) review but the electricity CONSTANTLY turned off during our stay making the room unbearably hot due to lack of AC. Maybe we were unlucky but I find it difficult to recommend the property really.

Great room
We liked the room so much we stayed an extra night. We had a sea view and were right on the balcony to take in the sea breeze with a bottle of beer at the end of the day. The room was very comfy with fridge and a table and chairs. Just over the road from then beach. Very happy with our stay and would certainly book again if returning.

나트랑에서 무이네가는 새벽 슬리핑 버스타고 잠깐 쉬려고 머물렀어요. 일단 가격대비 방 컨디션은 나름 괜찮은 편이였고 위치도 신투어리스트에서 도보로 20분정도로 나쁘지않았는데 문제는 사장님인지 직원인지 남자분의 응대 태도가 정말 별로였네요. 새벽 체크인이였는데 분명 사전에 새벽 체크인한다고 알려드렸음에도 불구하고 굉장히 짜증내는 말투로 응대하시고.. 저희말고 현지에서 만난 동행분들이 저희가 머무는 숙소에 여유 방이 있으면 머물고싶다 하셔서 이분한테 여쭤보는데 정말 경악스러웠습니다. 영어 당연히 못할 수 있죠 근데 번역기 어플까지 켜서 안되는 손짓발짓 다 써가면서 설명해도 못알아들으시는건지 귀찮으신건지 짜증내시고 결국 말이 안통했는지 저희보고도 나가라 하시더군요. 저희는 도대체 어디가 잘못된건지도 모르겠었습니다. 여유 방이 있으면 혹시 제 친구들이 머물고 싶다했다고 말씀드린게 잘못된걸까요? 정말 불쾌했고 짜증내다 못해 화내면서 나가라는 태도에 정말 실망했습니다. 새벽시간이라 저희도 그냥 참고 하루 머물렀지만 정말 돈 더주고라도 다른 숙소 잡고싶었네요.. 그냥저냥 방 컨디션은 괜찮았지만 당신들의 서비스 태도는 이 싼 가격보다도 못한 수준이였습니다. 가시려는 분들 참고하세요

너무 좋은 민훙호텔 ㅎ
무이네 슬리핑 버스타고 와서 밤에 잠깐 묵는데 리조트에선 자기엔 돈이 아까워 묵은곳인데 ㅎㅎ 위치가 너무 깡패 ㅋ 위치 짱좋아요 ㅎㅎ 에어컨도 시원하구요 ^*^ 다만 엘베가 없네요 ㅎㅎ 그리고 맥주가 사이공비어가 1병 10000동인데..ㅋ 어느 마트보다 쌉니다. 꼭 쟁겨서 사세요

ขอคำแนะนำในการท่องเที่ยวได้จากพนักงาน ให้คำแนะนำได้ดี แต่ห้องพักชั้นล่างมีรถจักรยานยนจอดขวางประตูเข้าออกห้องตลอด ไม่ค่อยสะดวก และได้ซื้อตั๋วรถบัสจากรร.เวลา 9:00 am. แต่รถกลับมารับ 8:30 ซึ่งได้ออกไปทางอาหารเช้ากลับมา 8:45 รถไม่จอดรอ ทำให้ต้องนั่งแท๊กซี่ตามไปขึ้นรถบัส รู้สึกแย่มาก ทำไมไม่บอกก่อนว่าให้มารอก่อนเวลา แล้วต้องเสียค่าแท๊กซี่อีกเพื่อตามรถบัส

Hotel frequentato da gruppi di gente locale vietnamita che non ha nessun rispetto per gli altri ospiti... Tutte le mattine c svegliavano alle 5:00 circa facendo un gran baccano... Bambini che giocavano a palla nel corridoio senza che nessuno gli dicesse niente... Al quinto giorno d sveglia forzata alle 5 abbiam preso tutto e siamo andati via facendo il check-out un giorno prima e nessuno c ha chiesto come mai..

コストパフォーマンスで選べばここかな
レンタルバイクを借りれば問題ない、今回の目的はウインドサーフィンをするためだから滞在中は寝るために帰るだけなので十分でした 場所柄日本語は全く通じません、英語、ロシア語、フランス語、ができれば楽しめます、ベットの寝心地はよかったです ５日間でしたが十分楽しめました、来年は少しランクを上げてプール付きのホテルにしたいです

So so, staffs + WiFi still need to be improved
I was staying here just for a night. WiFi was quite poor in the room and only 2-3 bars at the reception. Staff was helpful only when you asked. I asked one staff to have a late check-out because I will have a bus at 1 PM. He said that it was ok. Then another came and said I needed to check-out now (around 12:15 PM). One couldn't speak English well and provided me wrong information about motorbike rental.
