The 'non-skoking' room reeked of cigarettes and lacked basic ammenities: hand towels, a bedside lamp, and soap. The included breakfast was not provided. Floors were dirty and the bathroom mat was filthy.

No balcony, coffee is available at the common dining area along with the pool. Coffee and tea is on available in the room. Can be lively and loud from the surrounding bars and restaurants. Close to Old Town Phuket. A loud and rude guest was staying at the hotel blasting music at the evening time. The staff could control his behavior, but moved us to a different floor and room.

Close to old town with pool
Reasonably priced for a rather central, completely ok hotel with pool. Good and silent ac. Electronic safe. Quiet. Shower solution not the best. Plenty of restaurants around - especially Chinese.

Very clean and good bed. Staffs are nice. Location is good for those who have car or motorbike. The room in the east side is more quiet at night.

the front desk staff was really rude when checking in. he was asking to have our immigration slip (on top of our passport) to be able to check in even though we had not needed this at any other hotel we had checked into. They were not helpful when trying to get a cab either.

Nice hotel for and very affordable
If you have to stay in Phuket town do stay in this hotel however I do not recommend staying in Phuket town.

Made a last minute booking to stay over for an early AM appointment. Gentleman working the night shift was very polite, and informative. He was also helpful in communicating my request to the next shift. Much appreciated. Would stay again in a heart beat. Little noisy from surrounding venues, but I passed out immediately.

Everything was good. However, it was a hassle having to key in the username & password every day or so and sometimes on the same day to log into the wifi. It would be nice if only one log-in is required. Also wasting lot of paper even though the log-in details are printed on small pieces of paper.

Terrible, simply terrible
I’ll be honest, I don’t know how people are writing good reviews about this hotel. The bathroom is so uncomfortable as there is no shower separation and to make it even worse the water just stay there on the bathroom floor. Another thing that really upsets me, that hotel staff gave us a room with a window that’s been covered for constructions, and there was no day light in the room at all times. It could have been sorted really easy, if the hotel staff would have given us another room, but when asked they said that they don’t have any even without checking. There was no daily room cleaning as well. This is the most horrible hotel that I have stayed in Thailand so far.

The staffs are polite and helpful and the room is cosy and tidy. Self service light breakfast such as biscuits and 3 in 1 coffee are available. Overall experience is okay except for the loud karaoke from neighbourhood during night time.

Nice hotel in the old city
The hotel did not have a restaurant or bar but within a 5 minute walk there were always half a dozen small eateries open which was where i would have chosen to eat at anyway. Drinks of all kinds wre also easy to find within the same walking distance. Laundry 2 shops down, sim card one street away.

Hotel is in great shape. Bathroom a little small. Great bed and movie channels. If you get an odd number room make sure it's on the 4th or 5th floor.

Clean and Modern interior designed hotel.
No Cafe, but provide free flow Milo & Coffee, Hot and cold water. If there is a microwave, it will be perfect. Far from Phuket Old Town Center.

Hotel was nice, clean, staff very friendly. They have water, coffee and cookies in the lobby and free bottled water in the room. I did not like that the cable TV had no English channels. The neighborhood was very noisy in the evening and night. I was in the hotel with my children and we could not fall asleep till about 3 am, because of the extremely loud music. Needless to say, we very tired the following day. Because of this we had to move out of the hotel early (after almost a week of sleep deprivation)even though we had prepaid three more nights. We could not bear it anymore.

I recommend staying at Recenta, a pretty new built hotel, clean and airy. Beds are comfy and staff are friendly. It is kept simple, modern and good! :)

Clean hotel very comfortable.
Very modern hotel. We stayed at the hotel only one night as we were heading to Phi Phi islands the day after and needed a place near the pier. Although slightly difficult to locate taxis but not impossible. I would highly recommend it and the staff is way too nice, he was attentive, helpful and cheerful. Incredible experience at this hotel.

Hôtel sympa, à distance raisonnable du vieux Phuket à pied. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Pas de choix dans le petit déjeuner. On vous sert un plateau avec 2 toasts, un œuf sur le plat et un petit bol de cornflakes. Rien d’autre, pas de thé mais juste du café soluble à l’eau chaude. Bref pas terrible. Le reste est ok

Das Hotel ist sauber und modern eingerichtet gibt 24 Stunden kostenlosen Kaffee, Tee und Wasser. Man braucht 10 min zu Fuß bis Innenstadt. Die Personalen sind sehr hilfreiche und geben Tipps um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Séjour agréable
Séjour de 3 nuits à l’hôtel, très agréables. L’hôtel n’est pas très luxueux, mais est extrêmement propre, comme on ne vois pas dans des hôtels plus étoiles, et la literie est incroyablement confortable, et l’emplacement très bon. Le seul inconvénient, est le manque de la fenêtre, et le petit déjeuner qui était très standard, mais rien était dérangeant au séjour. Pour le prix de l’hôtel, nous recommandons fortement, et y retournerons certainement!
