"I would’ve preferred to have the beach directly on the hot hotel side. Do you have to cross the street and it was unclear whether you had to pay for lounges and umbrellas on the actual beach?"

"Graceland is so family friendly the staff are so accomodating and helpful at every request This is so conveniently located and a walk across the road tot he beach lots of pools to choose from the rooms are comfortable and air con was reliable "

"Amazing resort that caters equally well to family as well as couples (we a couple in 30s). Facilities, staff and food all amazing, topped off by a private beach that is best in Phuket. Sea view terrace room fantastic and worth the extra $. Will definitely be back, soon!"

"My wife and I stayed at the resort for our honeymoon and we couldn't of been happier with out choice of resort. We had a ocean view room which had a great view. The resort has three great pools, with a good amount of sunbeds. The all inclusive pacakge is a must if you plan to mostly eat and drink at the resort like we did. The inclusive drink list has a good variety including cocktails. In terms of eating you are not limited by choice of restaurant as all restaurants are included in the package, with only a few high price items having a surcharge. Nina from the food and beverage team was amazing and organised a magical final dinner on the beach for us, which was incredible. Could not recommend this resort more."

"Clean hotel close to the heart of Old Town and walking distance from plenty of restaurants and shops. View of the water in the distance from our room. Everything was very clean. Staff was helpful and courteous in assisting us with getting a working key card and figuring out how to use the safe in the room. I would stay here again."

"My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort and were thoroughly impressed. Here's why we loved it: The Good Location: Set on the quieter stretch of Karon Beach, the resort offers a peaceful escape while still being within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The beach itself is beautiful with soft sand and clear water. Rooms: Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a fantastic ocean view from the balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. Facilities: The multiple pools were fantastic, especially the one with the slide for a bit of fun! We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the spa treatments were heavenly. Food: The breakfast buffet was a feast with a wide variety of cuisines. We also dined at the restaurants which were all delicious, especially the Thai restaurant. The Could Be Better Service: While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, there were a few occasions where service felt a little slow, especially at peak times. Wi-FI: The Wi-Fi connection could be spotty in certain parts of the resort. Overall We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation at the Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. It's a fantastic option for those seeking a luxurious beach escape with beautiful surroundings and great amenities. We would highly recommend it and would love to return in the future."

"Great place especially if you are staying in Phuket Town. Modestly priced but very, very nice. Clean, quiet, pool, coffee and fruit in the morning, super location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Originally I accidently booked this stay in the wrong month. The money was refunded happily and quickly. Fabulous place, don't hesitate. "
