Staff very friendly and helpful when checking in. Perfect for a small stay when only a room is required however, limited reception opening times and no facilities to leave bags if arrival outside of those times hence our cases coming to the beach with us on first day! We booked a room with terrace which was good but it’s very noisy being on a main route through town and people partying outside until 6:30am made for a sleepless night. Cleaned thoroughly and a secure place to stay as family owned and clean/check in. El Arenal is popular with German visitors to the point where there was one cafe who didn’t even put out there “English” menu and then it was variations of German breakfasts. Also attracts lots of football tours, stag and hen parties so if that’s not your thing best to avoid!
