Great location of the hotel - very close to the airport, nice beach and Palma city centre. Good food in the restaurant, nice staff and clean rooms

Room was small but very clean, hotel was full mainly due to Palma marathon weekend ,swim up pool bar closed a little disappointing . Sunday morning the restaurant was opened early to accommodate runners which was pleasing. Bar staff were a bit dismissive and not very attentive at times , ignoring you whilst waiting to be served . Generally though a nice stay . Location near to beach .

The property was very clean Parking is a huge problem. The facility has no parking for its guests and you just have to find a spot on the local streets. We had to park a significant distance away from the property.

The hotel was clean, and staff friendly. Sun loungers were uncomfortable, bathroom towels had holes in them sometimes.Filling your teapot with hot water took forever, so led to queues at the machine. Most of the hot food was Luke warm. The hotel is close to the airport it's not very relaxing because planes were going over every two minutes! our bedroom was at the back and if the balcony doors were open the plane noise was annoying. We wouldn't recommend this hotel for longer than two days.
