The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The room and bed was comfortable and very clean. My experience was excellent for the 4 nights I stayed.

Staff was helpful at check in when got up to room and found it had been raided (sports events had Hotel full of athletic teams).
Have extended stay twice (from 28 through 14yh) and had lots of family assembling at Hotel for a funeral...staff has been accommodating.
One elevator mirror wall covered with a mural that is torn...mural should be removed or repaired.

Digital check in and out was easy. Clean and quiet. My digital key didn't work, but it was very easy to get a physical key.

Front desk girl little having bit of a bad day but didn't bother me. Went to grab water next to vending machine no cash credit card broken for $2.00 water. Went down stairs next to the front desk $5 for water.

Nice property. Depending upon why you are in the area it is close to some things but a ways from downtown. It is right on the freeway so there is some noise.

Thank you for your recommendation, coffee is available in your room, but it is nice to have coffee in the lobby before 7am. I will ask our restaurant manager what changes can be made. Nice hotel, has good bar tenders and a good restaurant. They now have maid service. Disappointed the there was such a high charge $18 for breakfast. Really? Same selection as most hotels for free.
