What a complete 5h!thole! CHeck-in took forever, I was asked my address at least 3 times while the clerk was holding my drivers license. The room was a nightmare. There was almost no internet signal. I'm not sure when the last time was it was cleaned. The main room had obviously not been swept and the bathroom floor was more degusting. The table with the phone/ice bucket had chunks of something and wet sicky something else all over it. It smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The layout was ridiculous. There was no-place to hang a jacket or shirt, no counter in the large open bathroom for shaving/tooth brushing supplies and a small metal shelf was installed over the sink faucet handle so it couldn't be turned on very far. There was absolutely nothing positive to be said about the property or staff.

I asked her to clean them they’re saying we are not doing any cleaning service unless you don’t need the property so three days I stay because I paid through working.Expedia so they’re saying they will not do anything, and I still believe that, that’s not fair for me, Expedia

I lived at Motel 6 and someone knocked my window and attempted to break in in the midnight. We left and asked for a refund . The manager never reply and their phone number is out of service.

Hatred and racism towards a marine in dress blues
It was a total nightmare surrounded by discrimination and hatred because of one woman who thinks she is better than the Almighty God as she constantly talks down to you and disrespectful towards the customers is there any other religion besides herself she's talked down to you disrespect you and what really got me upset is on this past veterans Day I'm in room my full blue uniform in the United States Marine Corps heading out to the parade in downtown pleasant to be part of a tradition the last 248 years to be disrespected look down upon and told I look like a joke and a puppet of the United States regime Now excuse me let me think about this for just for a second 17 years in the Marine Corps I spent half marks all the way up my arm and here's a young lady from India Afghanistan not too exactly sure where but from over there disrespecting the United States of America disrespecting the Marine Corps and me as a man yet when someone walks in of her race or her background she's so nice what you talk to anyone else whether it's myself who's a white man or a black man or any other American she sticks her nose in the air think she's higher than God I had no choice but to stay there because I lost my wallet I had no idea ID to move into another place hotels.com advised me and not not to worry wait for my ID and they reimburse my stays there which they have and I congratulate all the sale.com however this woman has no right to be a customer service agent and to represent motel 6

Long after the checkout time, we requested you to kindly pay your dues or extend the stay which never happened resulting in the hotel calling the cops to de-escalate the situation. Our team always puts customer satisfaction as our top priority and requests you kindly refrain from making false claims on social media.

On the plus side, Motel 6 has added mini fridges in the rooms. Unfortunately, the room wasn't as clean as it could've been, especially the bath and shower. Also, the bed was pretty uncomfortable. If you're a light sleeper, you'll probably be awakened throughout the night because the walls are thin.
