It was convenient to the public transportation. It was quite noisy at night. No toiletries provided only tissue rolls.

Brilliant hotel and stay.
The hotel was really easy to find, the staff were super friendly and the facility was really secure. The actual room was really clean and you have a small kitchenette to be able to cook basic meals. There is a shop literally 30 seconds up the street that stays open late which is perfect. The placement of the hotel is right between the City centre and the hoe/ barbican which was perfect for me and allowed really easy access to both.

Fraudulent company- stay away
This is a fraudulent company which should be removed from hotels.com. They falsely accused me, a non-smoker, of smoking in the room. They also accused me of causing damages, while I’m 100% sure I caused no damages at all. Their motivation for doing so was to steal the deposit I paid.

Booked a double deluxe room … was very small and basic certainly not what I would class as deluxe at any means … room was incredibly hot and windows only opened 1 inch however was a fan but just circulated hot air. Was advertised as having a tv a tea facilities neither supplied and front desk unhelpful complained after stay took 1 week to reply with the answer no refund despite not supplying what was advertised…. Won’t be staying again was above poor especially customer services

The best location for holiday stay in Plymouth! Right in the heart of city centre. Reasonable price for a modern studio with a nice functional kitchenette and a fridge. The mattress and bed linings are just ok, not very good quality. Cleanness is basic. If revisit Plymouth, I would book again.
