"The front desk was very helpful. We got there early and they got our room ready fast. Much appreciated because of the long flight. There are a number of local restaurants near the hotel. Pizza, pannini, gelato were close to the hotel. "

"Hotel has convenient location near Termini and metro station and not far from most of the Rome attractions. Room was clean, had good size, bed were good {but not great), shower room was very good. We had great breakfast in the morning, staff was very helpfull."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food delicious but most of all, the staff was outstanding. On our first night, we were next to an intersection and a bar was not far away. It was difficult to sleep. After commenting to the staff the next day, they immediately apologized and moved us to a quiet and beautiful room in the middle of the hotel. All areas of the hotel were very clean and the front end staff always responded to questions or requests rapidly. Taxi service was quick and easy. We would strongly recommend this hotel. "

"This was a hotel that provided true value and allowed us to make our 2 week trip to Rome a reality. We knew we would spend minimal time in the hotel because our focus was on sight seeing. We wanted the fundamentals only from the hotel and they delivered. It was very clean. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. The location was excellent! We were close to multiple metro stops and could easily walk to the Trevi fountain, the Coliseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps, Borghese gardens, and Roma Termini. It was surrounded by multiple shopping and dining options. The staff was very knowledgeable. Very safe area. There was a smallish elevator which always worked and was very helpful for taking luggage to the 3rd floor. We definitely recommend Excellence Suite to anyone looking for a great value!"
