Just steps from the beach, this all-new home is teeming with modern style and amenities equipped for family-friendly comfort. Complimentary beach chairs, sand toys, and two outdoor showers add convenience during your stay.



    Enjoy cooling Gulf breezes from lower and upper-level decks or relax in the Florida Room furnished for outdoor living with a patio sectional and armchair.



    The four-bedroom interior features a spacious open living area designed for group gatherings with plush sofa seating and a mounted smart TV for comfortable entertainment. The sparkling, fully equipped kitchen showcases gleaming counters and a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances (including two ovens) for handling family meal planning with ease. Extras include a Keurig machine and a full set of kids' dishes and utensils. The adjacent table sets the stage for dinners or game nights. All four bedrooms include their own smart TV for added convenience. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.



    A ground-floor primary bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom. There is an additional half-bath located in the laundry room. All three upstairs bedrooms feature a private en suite bathroom. A children's bunk nook with dual bunk beds can be found in one of the upstairs bedrooms. A Pack 'n Play is provided for those traveling with little ones.

Home was beautiful and the pool was an added bonus. The only “changes” I would have made was to have actual glasses (made from glass) not made from plastic to drink from. It would have also been nice to know that there was going to have gate people, pool people and grass people come during our visit. Love the layout of the house and we even saw a gator in the ditch by the house.

Wonderful house!

We had a wonderful stay! We had 12 people and there was plenty of room. The listing is pretty accurate but there are a few things I would suggest to the owners. -iron and ironing board -vacuum -dust pan -grass wasn’t mowed The property management was easy to get ahold of but they didn’t reply very fast. We had an issue that they did resolve, it just took a little longer than expected. Overall we would stay here again! The house is gorgeous and the beach is close!
