Welcome to the Robin's Nest!

Look no further for your *monthly* home away from home.
This modern and well-appointed 1 bedroom condo is in the heart of Southeast Portland close to downtown and walking distance to everything. Includes garage parking, and sits on the 3rd floor of a secure condominium building- with modern furnishings, and fully stocked for your comfort. High ceilings; Elevator for convenience.

The condo is located in the vibrant Sunnyside "Belmont" neighborhood in SE Portland, just a couple blocks from Laurelhurst Park and near some of Portland’s best shops and restaurants. It's nice to walk to everything you might need, but we also have a convenient garage parking place for those with a car.

The space

- 1 bedroom with a Queen Sized bed, plenty of closet space (and hangers provided), a large dresser, and bluetooth radio alarm clock.

- 1 full bath/shower fully stocked with ample towels, hair dryer, and a starter supply of soaps and shampoo/conditioner.

- In-unit washer and dryer, with starter supply of detergent and cleaning supplies.

- Open Floor Plan with fantastic light and peaceful views looking out to the treetops of Laurelhurst Park. *Laurelhurst is a great park with a walking/running path, picnic tables, duck pond, playground, basketball and tennis courts.

- Spacious Kitchen with all you need to cook meals at home, Keurig, french press, blender, and more.

- All utilities included, Central Air Conditioning, Radiant heat, WiFi, “Smart” TV with Netflix, Pandora, Bluetooth Speaker to play music from your own device.

- Secure garage parking with bike storage

- Walk-out balcony (Pls note there is just room to stand, balcony does not extend beyond doorway on both sides.) *Windows on dining table side do open for a nice breeze.


Other things to note:
- Strict monthly minimum rental period.
- Flexible check-in and check-out times, dependent on cleaning schedule.
- Owner lives nearby and available 24/7 for any assistance needed.
- No pets: owner is very allergic to pet dander.

The Robin's nest is an amazing space. It's located in a very neat area, with lots of Portland's best restaurants and bars nearby. The building is very secure, and the garage parking is very convenient. Melissa is a wonderful host that is very responsive and helpful to her guests. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again without any doubt.
