The location was perfect. Rooms were nice and the price was affordable. Would definitely stay there again. Only had the breakfast on the last day. Better places across the street. Upstairs bar was not so attractive. Better off going out.

Good location in the middle of historic Porto…within walking distance to river and cathedral. Breakfast was decent. The room was nice but we did not receive the room I originally booked. Spa was ok and rules about swim cap are not enforced by staff. Noise from street through windows. Nice garden but be prepared to climb steps.

The pictures of the hotel doesn’t do it justice! The room was much bigger and nicely decorated. Location is fantastic. Would stay here again when returning to Porto.

Beautiful Porto
Perfect location and great comfortable room.. lovely breakfast.. plenty of sitting areas including rooftop terrace. Friendly helpful staff.. highly recommend.

The property is located in a lovely area close to shopping, restaurants, and waterfront. However our room had a horrible mold issue in the bathroom and in the areas around the window. Tgis made me very uncomfortable and was grateful I was not there for very long

Great location. I don’t recommend driving in Porto. Breakfast was excellent. The outdoor space was nice for escaping the crowds. Our room had a musty odor we requested a change in rooms but the hotel was unable to accommodate due to being fully booked for the weekend.

Excellent location and fabulous staff. We were early and expected to drop our bags however they let us have our room immediately. On our last day the staff arranged for breakfast to open early to accommodate our early departure.

Great location! Very close to all points of interest, including Sao Bento station, which was great as we were continuing to travel to other locations. Super lively street, with many places to eat, stores, etc. Satff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great boutique hotel with all the amenities required to total 100% satisfaction. Many thanks to Ms. Catarina, at the front desk, who assisted us and looked after us. The hotel is a gem and worth a return visit. You will not be disappointed....

This property has been closed for many months yet it still appears as an available property on the Expedia website and continues to accept reservations so that travelers show up thinking they have a reservation only to find it has been shut down. This borders on the criminal and needs to be corrected immediately and appologies sent to those affected.

This property was closed shut. It is not operating. We followed instructions to attempt contact and got a recording. Have not heard from anyone. They took my money and I need a refund.

Hidden Gem in Porto
Flores Boutique was fantastic. I was upgraded to their best apartment and it was fabulous. Really spacious, very modern and it was so cozy. The garden which is on the grounds is very pretty and there are amazing views of well known landmarks in the city. It is very central yet it is a hidden oasis at the same time. I would love to go back.

The Roman bath
We enjoyed our stay very much, the stuff were great , and the facilities were very good, just not having elevator to the upper part of the hotel will make it hard to older people and not having parking, these issues with out knowing this up in front reduces our satisfaction

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the old district. The staff couldn't have been more helpful & friendly. Great breakfast too. Highly recommended. An only small issue would be having control of one's own air conditioner. 9.5/10

Very nice hotel and location. The duplex room had a great view. The bathroom was a bit outdated and would need some refurbishment. Breakfast was nice. Only negative side is the so called SPA, it was such a mess, towels all over the place, dirty and very small. No space to sit down and relax. If you look for a nice spa to enjoy your stay in Porto this is not for you. Pity as everything else was pretty good

All the staff was wonderful. Our flight was constantly delayed and Patricia at the reception continuously communicated with us and arranged our pick up from the airport. Mario also did his best to accommodate us when arrived. The hotel is very well situated. The downside is the lack of storage space for clothes in the room. There was one small cupboard with a tiny hanging space and no drawers.

Very nice location right in downtown but beware of ants. We woke up one morning and a wall in the bedroom was covered in ants and they had gotten into our suitcases ruining all specialty food we had purchased. Hotel promptly cleaned up everything but definitely an indication that additional cleaning is needed as the ants came from inside the wall through a socket.

Great Hotel. Highly recommend.
The hotel was excellent the only comment I have is I like a double bed to my self even in a twin room. Whilst common in the USA not so much in Europe. The only thing stopping me using this hotel again would be finding a twin bedded room with double's not singles. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel.
