Large, comfortable rooms. A delicious breakfast buffet. Exceptionally well located. Within walking distance of many sites, pubs, and restaurants. I only wish that cable TV had an English service. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would certainly stay again.

***Best hotel we have ever stayed in** We arrived 3 hours early for check in so we got to enjoy the lounge where we had drinks and food included in our stay. The choice was unbelievably great. The location was perfect, really central to everything. Staff we so friendly. Our room was the room that kept on giving, especially loved the automactic opening of the curtains and the bathroom and the beds were so comfy. Ate at the hotel restuarant as both nights as the food was world class and we enjoyed the casino where we won money both nights, easy to sign up and got given a free drink. Enjoyed the majesty bar in the evenings aswell and the entertainment was fantastic. We will most definately be returning it made our stay. 10/10

Rooms are well appointed, with all amenities, and beds are very comfortable! Wall buttons for lights and drapes is a wonderful convenience. The included breakfast is spectacular! Top notch buffet with something for all diets. The hotel also had a beautiful bar. Walking distance to so much...Old Town Square, a mall, tons of restaurants and lots of local shopping!!! I highly recommend Kings Court!!

The hotel was just perfect. Perfect location. Excellent breakfast, the room was large, spacious, 2 amazing showers, very very clean. adelle restaurant was very good. I highly recommend the hotel, I will definitely come back again

For a 5 star hotel, there is much improvement that can be done. The lobby was always packed with people and bags. People packing their bags in the main lobby, while you can barely walk to the elevator. At least 20-30 bags stored in the lobby. There was always someone smoking right at the front door, instead of at the designated areas. The curtains were broken in my room. There was one staff member that could be kinder with someone that did not understand english that well. My room was not ready, I was told I was going to be contacted when my room was ready, no one did… Overall, there are many things that can be improved and that you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The hotel has an excellent location and the service they have is excellent in terms of receiving or giving any comments that take them into consideration, especially the employee Musa Khadoum. The hallways smell like smoke, loud sirens at night and poor air conditioning in the rooms. However, the front desk staff was VERY kind. Especially a lady who’s name I did not catch but she had shoulder length blonde hair. She was very kind and thoughtful!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was greater than I expected. Location is unbeatable. Right next to Metro Station and in front of cable car stop. Walkable to Old Town Square and most of the attractions. We got access to the Executive Lounge, which offers more than light refreshments from 12 to 18 hours. Bedding is amazing, decoration as well. We also got access to the Spa. Small but beautiful. We didn’t got into a it because Prague has so much to offer that we didn’t have enough time. The most amazing thing about this hotel is the staff. They make you feel welcome and pampered. I would come back only to stay at this hotel again. Did I mention the amenities? L’Occitane products at the bathroom. Loved them

Best location, clean, walking distance to old town. Right next to the metro. Room was quiet with the most comfortable mattress and pillows. Great breakfast. Would love to stay there again.

Luxury hotel
We spent just 1 night at this hotel, such a shame because is one of the best hotels we have stayed. Room is very spacious, pillows and mattress so comfortable. The hotel staff is very nice and attentive .

The location is fantastic and that's it. Wifi's really slow, AC isn't cool enough, the water isn't draining well. Gym's tiny so I don't think more than 2 people can fit it in there. Overall it wasn't a good experience and I will not visit here in the future
