Property was very much as described. Bedroom slightly on the small side but not a major concern as most time is spend wondering the streets of Prague.

The hotel is within walking distance to the clock tower. It offers a satisfactory breakfast. It does not provide slippers in the room. The blanket provided in the room was firm or stiff in texture. Staffs were helpful and friendly.

The most uncomfortable mattresses ever
Hotel itself was very nice in appearance however the hotel had the most uncomfortable mattresses. This was echoed from the people I had booked other rooms for. Unfortunately as this trip was for business this led to a very unproductive trip as staff were managing a couple of hours max sleep per night

Experiencia arruinada
Basicamente lo que arruino la estadia fue que pague por una habitacion que tenia una cama doble, pero recibi una habitacion con una cama que tenia dos colchones y los unieron, esto en el medio de los dos colchones hacia que existiese un resalto, lo cual no me permitio descansar. Me queje y muy amablemente el personal me dio una solucion moviendome a otro cuarto. Pero esto no soluciono la noche que ya se habia arruinado, y las horas del dia que tuve que perder intentando reponer el sueño que no pude conciliar debido al asunto del colchon.

Very nice hotel, excellent morning buffet and an amazing staff. Found out my flight home was cancelled 20 min before check out, the staff was very kind and understanding and let me stay in my room for an aditional 3 hours to figure things out. Only minus was that my room was towards the tram, which was quite noisy during the night.

Don’t stay unless you are deaf or don’t like peace
My room was tiny and has an air extract system open in the room which came on between 7am to 9pm. I asked to move rooms and was told it’s the same in every room, it’s not as my mates rooms didn’t have open extract ventilation pipes. Was like sitting inside a generator. The front desk staff were prepared with their generic response to my complaint and wouldn’t do anything about it. The only positive to his hotel was George behind the bar, great guy.

The suite was spacious, however the beds were really uncomfortable and were two twins pushed together with a clear distinction in the middle. I slept on top of the comforter to try to make it more comfortable!

The hotel is designed nicely, and in a great location. But in the pictures there was a nice terrace on the roof that was closed, the bar closes early ao we couldn’t sit and drink. The rooms are extremely dark And does not have enough lighting. A bit expensive for what you get, all in all fine, not more
