Good quality hotel with caring approach to guests.
Friendly staff who were always happy to help, a decent room overlooking the river and a great range of options for breakfast made this a worthwhile stay. My room was clean and had a comfortable bed & good shower. Prato itself isn't the most stunning of tourist towns, but it's not far from Firenze (Florence) and is only an hour's train ride from Lucca. There's a wide range of local restaurants a few minutes' walk from the hotel and the station is nearby.

Comfortable and central
Enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable with a nice outlook. It is just outside the walls of the city but still central. The Breakfast was a little disappointing with the fruit juice being more like cordial and too many sweet options rather than fresh fruit. However, it was very reasonably priced.

Excellent Hotel. Really Good.
The location of the hotel quite good in front of the bisenzio river, very quiet. Very well attended by the hotel staff. If you are traveling with a vehicle, the hotel provides you free parking in the public parking lot that is on the same street as the hotel. Nice breakfast too. Very clean room. I recommend using Art Milano Hotel.
