Loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the basics . Couple of things that need improvement to up this from a good hotel to an excellent hotel 1) the sofa bed springs need fixing and the mattress needs to be better than a flimsy mattress 2) better toiletries 3) the shower faucet plate is coming off the wall

Amazing apartment everything in it was exceptional fom the kitchen sink through to washing machine and dryer hidden away between the bath/shower room and the en suite sink and bedroom 😀 😄

I booked a 7 night extended stay. The suite was clean, had mostly everything you would need to cook minus condiments. I would say the room could use some updated furniture that is more comfortable and modern. House keeping would have been appreciated for those long stays such as mine, especially since the reason for my travel was an out patient procedure. I agree with the other reviews as the “security guard” was on his phone the time’s that we passed by. Playing games or taking personal calls. That is a safety measure I would request the hotel to look at. Lastly, we ended up leaving one night early, checked out before check out time. Requested a refund for the unused night as there was no need for us to stay as I was cleared to go home. So, of course we left as soon as we could. I would rather be in the comfort of my home than stay another unnecessary night. The hotel declined to refund. And I’m still waiting on the deposit 150$ which has yet to be charged. There was no consideration for my unique situation. I probably end up losing 250$ . I would not stay here again. I would definitely check other options in the area.

Nice family friendly hotel with kitchen and big bathtub. Easy check in and checkout. Pool and hot tub area looked nice and clean, however we didn’t get to enjoy was it was super windy the days we were there. Suite was clean. Bed could be firmer. Reviews noted slow elevator and it was during busy hours when everyone was leaving in the morning. One elevator was out of service. We will return due to cleanliness, good environment, quiet and value. We paid $180/per night and this includes the taxes, fees, resort fee (base was $140/night). Silverton casino is right behind it so if you want to gamble, eat, or drink, it’s just a few steps away. They had nice live music to listen to while we sipped on our drinks.

Had a great stay at the Berkeley. Very nice, clean and spacious. Staff was very nice and accommodating when we left something in the room after check out. Bonus was the bass pro right next door.
