The property was very nice and well kept you can see employees working throughout the day to make sure it is well kept and clean. Check in and check out was very easy and fast. We loved the beach access and the 3 large pools. The alcoholic drinks were great and made well. Service at all the restaurants was great!
My only complaint would be the dining options I felt like given how big the resort is their really wasn't as much variety as I would have expected. Not sure if they rotate their menu either. I have a shellfish allergy and they had very few options other then their Mexican restaurant for me to eat dinner. Their seafood restaurant by the beach had only 2 non seafood options which was nice that I could at least go there with my husband but the options at the Mexican and seafood restaurant never changed. Given we only stayed for 4 nights I didn't bother me that much but if we stayed longer it would have. Room service was a long wait one of our nights, we ordered 3 hours ahead and our food was deliver 45 min later then we scheduled it for.
We were there for my husbands high school reunion and they booked a dinner with all of us together that was paid separately. t rained and it was like no one knew what the back up plan was and we were served 1 hour late (9:45pm) A resort this large that I could imagine being on the beach that already has unpredictable weather should always have a great back up plan and it should have gone without a hitch.
