Been to many resorts but this is the worst one we saw with not being clean and property breaking down that rooms are in bad shape. Property and buffet dinning too not kept clean. Very disappointed.

All the staff was very friendly and help full. All the food was great, the buffet had delicious food so we didn’t even try one of the restaurants. The beach was was perfect with good seating and shaded umbrellas for hanging out all day. Definitely one of the best resorts we have been to in the Dominican Republic.

Resort is slightly outdated, especially the bathrooms. The pool is lovely but not huge. The evening shows and daytime entertainment staff were awesome! Beach water is merky with a drop off. Dining is pretty standard for Dominican, maybe slightly under average. Service in the dining room is not great, plates often pile up before someone cleared them, although Oscar was great. The power went out frequently in our room, a few times a day but only for about 20 seconds. Inconvenient during a shower. There was often a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Transportation to and from airport was not included and cost 170$USD each way. Not a very professional or comfortable ride that was set up by the hotel. Housekeepers did an excellent job. Bed was firm but clean. Grounds were also kept clean, and landscaping was lovely.

Smart, curteous and attentive staff. Great bands every evening and some of the staff being “inducers” to get the more timid guests to take a swing on the dance floor. A first one for me. The Bistro French restaurant was world class. Four days of great fun.
