The staff at the imperial guest house were terrific and very accommodating to my very early flight. Location is optimal for traveling into the city & airport. Rooms were very clean and up to date, water was provided each day for convenience. Would stay again :)

Around the property is a dirty area, looks very unsafe my we did not walked them after 6:30pm, property is ok great staff service excellent, walk 1 walk and you can find many dining options and public transportation approximately 30min from LHR airport Property does have parking Very small place rooms are small but perfect for the price

It was perfect for my stay as I travelled through London. The staff were lovely people, the rooms were well kept and updated, and the instructions were clear. Highly recommend for a single person visiting London. Oh, and the location is also fantastic. Just a few blocks from the tube and busses.

This place is located in a very sketchy and run down area. At night there is loud music blasting and the windows don’t shut so you’re forced to listen while sleeping. Music was blasting till 4am.

Nice guest house near Heathrow, good value for money. It is clean and the staff are friendly. No breakfast offered but there are plenty of cafés nearby. Short walk to the underground station. The only thing I didn't like was that my room was near reception and sometimes it was a little bit noisy at nighttime, with people coming in late etc.
