It is a beautiful property and beach. The property is enormous and a thorough orientation at check in would have been helpful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Advice to pre-book dinner reservations (before arrival) would also have been helpful. We could not get dinner reservations, most nights before 8:30 pm. Overall very nice resort.

We have stayed at this property before but this was the first time since it had been renovated. The room was perfect, clean and close to lobby. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food. We chose the all inclusive package and we were happy that we did that. We enjoyed spending our days between the pools and the beach.

The nature around is beautiful, the property is not stroller friendly, there are no ramps to some of the restaurants They dont clean the rooms much, just the bare minimum like chnaging towels The food is phenomenal The all inclusive package does not include everything which is confusing and frustrating because you have to keep asking whats included

We stayed at Fairmont Mayakoba December 10-15 with the all inclusive plan. Overall the resort was amazing. Fantastic service, delicious food. The attention to detail was superb. Very contentious regarding our food allergies. Super nice employees. Property was very clean. The only things that weren’t fantastic was the dairy free options as Bassano. It was spaghetti with a red sauce, no meat. Also, it would’ve been great if there was family friendly night time entertainment. I saw on the social media pages the resort has lots of events now during Christmas. I would’ve loved to have some event maybe every other night. That way after dinner we would’ve had something to do besides go to bed.

This was truly a 5 star property from the accommodating staff, especially Annette in Concierge to the spacious rooms with outdoor showers, to the brand new spa and delicious cuisine. Everything was truly top notch! Loved spending our holiday at Fairmont Mayakoba! We will be back!

The best thing about the Fairmont Mayakoba is the food. Everything I ate - except the Korean BBQ (which was not Korean in anyway) was amazing, fresh and delicious. The casitas are very cool, especially the canal view. The only thing that is difficult, unless you are staying in the beach area, the time it takes to get there is looonnngggg. Also, sometimes it’s hard to get a cart. We stayed for our 20th Anniversary, they gave us an upgrade from the main building to a casita, but for an anniversary of that caliber, I would have expected a better location. Warning - don’t visit the doctor at the facility, it is expensive and they sent us to Hospiten - which is the biggest scam hospital ever. They tried to charge us $27,000 for a simple surgical procedure that costs $5000 in the US with no insurance. Hospiten also gives estimates on the price of your visit based on where you’re staying. So, if you’re coming from the Fairmont, be ready to pay a huge amount. They also give kickbacks to the hotel, which in my opinion is disgusting. Another issue unfortunately was our room, there was at least four different issues that we had to address over the week’s stay. However, the property did compensate us by giving us one night free, which I thought was very fair. Overall our stay at the Fairmont in Mayakoba was pretty great and again the food was spectacular.

the food was fantastic, the property was very clean and the amenities ( pools, restaurants) were the best of all the "all-inclusive resorts that I have previously been to. The staff were very helpful and took care of our needs. The only downside to this trip (which was not within the control of the resort) was that it rained every day we were there.

The natural beauty, delicious gourmet meals, apps & snacks, luxurious facilities & architecture, and ABOVE ALL EXCELLENT PERSONAL SERVICE made it the best vacation our family has ever had thus far. All thanks to great people like Alejandro, Riccardo, Daniel and Hector at Brisas. Extra special appreciation to Gilberth, Alexander, and Angel, for making the beach days so memorable, as well as to Herber at Fuega and their uniquely tasty dishes that made for the outdoor moonlit dinner of a lifetime. Wonderful Irene was also exceptional and looked after each of our requests & questions so perfectly, and always reminding us if there was anything we need that she is there for our family. Behind the scenes there must be many chefs, cleaners, gardeners and administration that together deliver the flawless execution at Fairmont Mayakoba. The concierge text line from the hotel starting pre-check-in to post-checkout was also a great feature! Only blemish/irritant were the host & hostess at Tauro; the two of them were unorganized, incompetent and insincere both times we went there (Jul31, Aug2). The chef and waiters at Tauro still made up for it though, working hard through the heat for the guests at the outdoor patio tables.

The property was recently renovated and looks great they also have freee water activities on the beach like kayaking. There are plenty of beautiful pools and the the beach is very nice! Food options are wonderful. Highly recommend the all inclusive deal and signature room near the lagoon top floor

Лучший вариант для тех кто хочет спокойно отдохнуть. Я посетила этот отель в июле, говорят это не сезон (наверное потому что очень жарко и побережье усыпано водорослями) но на территории большое количество бассейнов разных размеров, большое количество лежаков и все постоянно обслуживается любезным персоналом. Тихо, немноголюдно, вкусная еда и хороший выбор ресторанов на территории отеля. Идеальные, большие номера с удобными кроватями (это важно)

super recomendado, deliciosa la comida, toda la gente muy muy amable en general, pero sobre todo quiero hacer mencion de el restaurante italiano BASSANO, de primera el servicio sobre todo de Edgar y la chef Selene Cabrera la comida (el carpaccio de salmon esquisito), me encanto que sea un lugar donde dan lugar a las mujeres, toda la cocina son mujeres trabajando, me encanto. en general el hotel super recomendado, volveriamos felices.

Very beautiful property. Friendly staff with great food options. Could walk everywhere but they offer free shuttle and bikes to get there faster. Various pools to choose from with difference scenery.

A truly wonderful experience from the moment you arrive to the moment you begrudgingly have to leave. The service was the best I’ve personally ever experienced. What a beautiful property with the nicest most attentive staff! We loved every minute of our stay. Everything was so clean and the people were friendly and welcoming. The pool complex is incredible, the sports equipment at the beach is a great touch. We never felt crowded- it is very spacious and the grounds are immaculate. We loved how the natural beauty was preserved and the boat ride through the canals was a definite highlight! We saw so much wildlife and it was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful visit. We will be back!!
