Overall our stay was good. We can't complain about the property, amenities, or etc. The pools were awesome, the drinks were great too. The staff was friendly and we never had any issues reaching out with requests, if needed. The only complaint we had was the food. I would say it was about 6 out of 10. Buffet was good for breakfast and lunch, but dinner options were okay. The lines were long and sometimes the wait was 1-2 hours, especially if it were a popular dinner spot. The Italian restaurant wasn't bad, just lacked flavor. We never had the chance to try the French place. But we heard it was delicious. The Spice restaurant was delicious, definitely a long wait every day but the sushi and other entrees were good. The Mediterranean place was great too, no complaints. I wish there were reservations ahead of time because you never knew how long the wait was going to be. There were nights we stood and waited 30 min and other times 2 hours to get seated. Being pregnant, that was very difficult to do for me. Also, because I worked on vacation. It was nice that there was a cafe place where I could go for some peace and quite and get work done. The coffee wasn't bad either.

The property was clean, the resort was nice,food was ok they would have more options on the buffet,the beach area was very small.they were o activity for the kid no shows in the evening it was boring horrible music, the restaurants were ok.Italian restaurant was my favorite I loved the soups the diners were good also we were not able to try hibachi restaurant you had to make a reservation early in the morning we weren’t able to get one,I tried to make a reservation at 6:30 pm but you had to pay $60 that was insane we were on the resort all inclusive then we had to pay to eat at hibachi restaurant.our room had a horrible smell and small the beds weren’t comfortable the pillows were horrible.The water was good no seaweeds,I don’t care for the pools I’m not a pool person but the pools were nice and clean I love the ocean.

Clean. Staff was lovely. A decent variety of food. Would have liked 24 hr buffet. WiFi in our room was spotty but the staff was on top of trying to fix it.

I was so disappointed from the first moment I walked through the doors of the Dreams Jade Hotel. Where I was immediately refused to be treated as a VIP and then I was given a room in the third building where there was a very unpleasant, even stinking smell. so I decided to politely do the upgrade I was entitled to because I am a VIP of Expedia and I always have priority. Of course, it was not possible to get a better room because of you. Then a $700 surcharge later, we found a room that did not meet our expectations because it was dirty and with a broken air conditioning. After 2 days and the arrival of 3 specialists, we were given another room. Which I can now call was OK. I think you should pay more attention to the standard of the hotel. or lower the stars to 3 max so that people won't be as dissatisfied as me and my family. If you want my opinion, pay more attention to the people who work there, because half of them are just harassing people who don't really want to spend time listening to your prestige and just want to spend their holidays nice and pleasant.

Dream Jades is a joke of a resort, service is terrible (unless you have lots of cash to give out to all workers) food is at best mediocre, choices for food are below average and prices in the shop are full rip off, I paid $45 for small sunscreen bottle.

We had a wonderful time. Great experience overall! Room was comfortable and nice. Food was great. Only complaint would be the wait at the restaurants in the evening, but it never ended up being a big deal.

Loved the VIP access area (worth the extra cost but received free since I booked through Expedia) and the beach was very clean and pretty. The food was only okay but as expected for an all-inclusive resort. The resort was spacious and I really liked the amount of pools and on-property bars and shops. Overall a good experience.

Great Vacation! My wife and I enjoyed a romantic week. We’re in our mid-50’s and recommend Dreams Jade. Every thing is centralized and minimal walk to pool & restaurants. Not much to do for kids, but that was a Pro for us :) The only negative Con which is why I only gave 4 stars is due to the aggressive Sales Reps for time share membership. The sales reps give you a tour upon arriving & start their sales pitch. They come to your room, call you, walk around the pool and stop you in the lobby.

My wife and I both use sleep machines, when I asked for a power cord. Because of the limited outlets. The reply was they could not help, go buy one! At the French restaurant you could not make a reservation unless you bought a $100.00 bottle of wine, we didn't go, nor did I attempt later that week. So much for all inclusive!! I thought the liquor and beer package could use an upgrade. very disappointed. On a good note, I enjoyed the layout, everything was easy to get to! This place is fantastic. The pool/beach area is beautiful and the bar service there is amazing. The beach was much nicer than I thought it would be. They have limited seating set up, but you can grab a lounger and drag it over if the areas are full. (or they will drag for you) There is some seaweed, but they are working the whole time to remove it- very sandy, not super rocky to swim. Someone walked by every 5 mins or so if you wanted a drink, they were very attentive. The food was the best all inclusive food I have ever had- we had no problem getting a table a the restaurants, but had to wait 15-20 mins sometimes. (No big deal-). The entertainment team (at the pool and at night) were great. Shout out to Dylan who entertained my teenagers for hours at the pool and played pickle ball against us on the rooftop courts. I looked for a long time before booking this and I am glad I did- the rooms were slightly outdated, but that does not move my needle, it was clean and spacious and had the ocean outside my balcony. Great place, great stay. One note, we did the "Priority" level and unless you just want access to a really quiet pool, it's not worth it, we never really used it.

My husband and I got married at Dreams Jade Resort on 2/17, and everything was beautiful and perfect! Shoutout to our wedding coordinator, Abelardo Bonilla; he was very thorough, patient, and a pleasure to work with. He made us feel at ease and less stressed throughout the whole process. We met with him 2 days before the wedding, and he guided us through everything and did a walk-through of the ceremony with our family. He was present at every event, overseeing everything, and made sure everything was going as planned. Also big shoutout out to the waiters and other staff that made our Bonfire wedding event, and wedding reception amazing! Emiliano, Abraham, Rodolfo, and all the amazing gentlemen! The pool was amazing; different sections of the pool made it interesting every day. The entertainment staff had something different every day. Oh, and the water was heated! On the days when it was a bit colder than expected, the heated pools hit the spot. If you got hungry, they had a grill by the pool areas! Our only critique/comment is regarding the restaurants. The wait time for some of the restaurants was unnecessarily long, and when we were finally seated, there were empty seats inside! Also, the information on the resort app was inaccurate. Dreams Jade should consider taking reservations from the app and maximizing the space inside the restaurants to avoid long wait times. Otherwise, our family and friends had an amazing time!

(very nice beach) but they would only change bedding if ask too, would not always stock the fridge, men could not eat anywhere other than the barefoot grills unless they were wearing a sleeved shirt, you can't swim after 7:00 pm, entertainment was not great, the only place to get a drink after 11:00 pm was at the loud disco, no sit up chair around the pools just loungers, small portions for meals but tasty,

Poor customer service, staff friendly but not enough attendants. Also every one always selling something. Appears that the staff is only interested in selling you upgrades. Overall this was ok. I expected better customer service based on previous visits to Cancun.

I would suggest checking out the property right away because it’s huge and you’ll figure out where everything is before you’re leaving. Best shower in my room I’ve ever had absolutely stunning rooms!! I will definitely go back!!

This is the third Dreams resort that we have stayed at, and was by far by favorite. Everything was amazing - our room, the food, the staff, the hospitality, etc. The pools were super warm, clean ocean, the list goes on! We were there during the NFL playoffs and the games were broadcast on the giant big screen in the lobby area. So fun!
