Depreciated in quality and not best staff
The hotel needs more courteous staff and responsive ones. Pretty old hotel, and needs you to call front desk 10 times to get even a towel, tissue, soap, or some utensils. Location is decent but eateries are less nearby. You have few department stores across street. And they stopped free breakfast, so carry food always

I didn’t get the room what I paid for. The basic facility of having a sitting stool in the room was missing. Bathroom is extremely small and compact. WC is almost touching the wash basin.

Terrible hotel don't even bother trying
Terrible hotel Absolutely dirty House keeping works on alternate days When I checked in linen were dirty and not washed Room service does not work had to call room service 4 times but after that they didn't serve water Breakfast time is upto 10 but fruit plate got over at 830 since that was only decent thing to eat so that wasn't refilled Room stinks No shower curtain so whole bathroom gets wet
