Beautiful 2 bed Town House. New Gated residential development located in the popular Cuidad Quesada. Our house is fully furnished and sleeps 6. Quite a large property, it has its own driveway, balconies on both bedrooms and a huge roof terrace which is wonderful for sun bathing and relaxing in your own private space.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and Smart TV, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and there is a double sofa bed in the living room.

Fully fitted and furnished with all the state of the art appliances including Dish Washer, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Oven and Microwave Oven.

10 mins to fabulous sandy beaches by car and there is a new Aldi, Food to Go (Tesco) Restaurants and Bars all within walking distance.

Beautiful property
What a lovely property, clean and modern with all the facilities you could want. The pool is fantastic. Our host Rose was so helpful when we arrived, thank you! The neighbourhood is quiet and residential. There are bars and restaurants a little walk away and supermarkets too. We had a hire car and would have struggled without one. Overall we had a great time and would have no hesitation recommending to others.

Unfortunately our stay here was not good.It was my mums, sister's and my first holiday abroad since covid! We arrived expecting a Brand New Luxury villa and it IS NOT! A Villa thats supposed to sleep 6 people, had one beautifully furnished main bedroom, a large twin room with sofabed/futon, had a large stunning roof terrace, a bbq, smart tv's, lovely bathrooms and from the pictures/reviews and details advertised it sounded and looked amazing. Unfortunately, this was not the case and by all accounts the reviews, some pictures and descriptions are actually for property next door. For starters there is only a metal table and chairs for 4 people outside, which have no padding on the seats so hideous to sit on. There was one rattan garden sofa enough for just 2 people on the lower outside balcony which was uncomfortable and had very dirty padded pillows to sit on. And then only 2 sunbeds for bathing. In order to be able to sit outside together we had to bring down the two rattan seats from the main bedroom balcony, which should have been downstairs with the rest of the set anyway! Obviously once we done this there was then no other seating available on the bedroom balconies if you want to sit out! The roof terrace...well yes there is one but the stairwell leading up to it was filthy and once you get up there...NOTHING. No furniture, no beds, no bbq! It was just concrete tiles so it was unfit to even use! The TV's did not work! The main Tv was not even connected to a hub/box so you couldn't even get a local chanel! The second bedroom, which was supposed to be the double was in fact the twin. The single beds were on top of each other with barely no room to walk around and there was no bedside units or draws so it was literally just two twin beds and an inbuilt wardrobe, which had all of 10 hangers! And there was no sign of a sofabed/futon. Not even in the larger bedrom with the double. The bathrooms were bland, no toilet roll holders or hooks to put your towels or bath matts. In fact there was only enough towels for two people. So we ended up having to buy a beach towel from the local supermarket! The Kitchen is not well equipt either from cutlery to utensils. Dishwasher not safely installed on arrival the villa was full of dead ants, no welcome pack or manual to explain anything either!The complex however is lovely, as is the pool. Unfortunately this villa is OVERPRICED and are still awaiting response from host after complaining first day of arrival.

Exploring Quesada
Stayed here for 4 weeks and fully enjoyed every minute. From meeting Rose at check-in, the communications with Gary, the stay was perfect. I’d fully recommend anyone to stay at this facility.

Family Stay At The Residence
The residence is very nice in the blink of an eye! - The Villa was delivered to us in a very clean condition, with a lovely new home smell. - The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick, which was quite helpful. - All types of communication with both the owner and his agent were very lovely and respectful, also helpful! - The property has a lovely location. Quite quiet with lovely and respectful neighbors. Nearby lots of supermarkets and not to far away from beautiful beaches and one of the biggest malls in Europe - La Zenia Boulevard. Overall, I would more than likely come back to the same residence!

Maison neuve spacieuse dans une propriété calme et familiale. Une piscine devant la maison (photo de l'annonce), la même derrière la maison et une immense piscine à quelques pas de la maison. Des commerces à proximité. La plage de la Mata, le centre de Torrevieja se trouvent à 15 minutes en voiture. Merci au propriétaire et au contact local, Rose, très réactifs et conciliants. Je recommande cette location.
