Excellent staff! Great stay,clean & beautiful room! Hotel is in Rome city central with a short walk to the Termini train station. The Colosseum, The Trevi fountain & The Parthenon are also close & easy to get to.

I discourage others from staying here. I arrived for a 3 night stay, and I quickly realized there were serious safety issues. None of the rooms/hallways had smoke detectors or emergency lighting. There is also an automated door to access the “hotel area” on the third floor that requires a room key card to get into the hotel space from the hall. Guests must use their key card from the inside to get out to the stairwell. I asked the staff how I would get out in an emergency if there was a power outage. They said that they “thought” the door could be pried open but they weren’t sure. My concern was that if there was a fire during the night, and if a person was lucky enough to wake up during the fire (no smoke alarms to alert you), they’d need to navigate in the dark to the exit door (no emergency exit lights). Then once they found the door to the hallway in the dark, they would have to figure out how to pry it open just to get out of the hotel area to the stairwell. Then it would be 3 floors down in the dark hallway to the exit door that opens INWARD. The staff was very nice/friendly but when I asked about the fire safety/emergency exit issue, She said I was the first to ever voice concerns about safety. The manager spoke with me over the phone to tell me that they are not required by law to have smoke detectors or any safety measures.. I left and found a hotel nearby with safety equipment. I lost the cost of the 3 nights stay because they would not refund me

All staff, Claudia, Helena, Lisa & Anderson were amazing! They were there for whatever we needed! : ) We loved the breakfast as well & the area had a very local, quiet vibe but was near all types of transportation.

This place is a small cute & cozy place really close to Roma Termini (train station). Lisa & the staff were so nice, sweet & helpful, Lisa made our stay welcoming & positive. Thank you for all your help and explaining things with so much care. :) My favourite was the water pressure in the shower, bed was comfy, AC worked well & the cappuccinos in the morning. Only downfall was our sleep would get disturbed a few times a night because the walls are so thin & our room was right in the front so you could literally hear everyone coming in & going out. Other than that we loved our stay here, it was nice friendly staff, clean, close to train station & 15-20ish min. walk to most of the main attractions. Grazie!!! - Sharan

Ideal location
We were very. Pleasantly surprise ,Lisa the receptionist was really lovely and helpful ,we were offered free breakfast and our room was really clean and pleasant. Clean white fluffy towels every day . The terminal was just around the corner ,it was very central and a great little bar just around the corner.We will definitely recommend this lovely friendly place .

The staff was excellent in both pre communications and in helping us understand the area. We felt completely safe in this property. Our first time staying in a non national named hotel. The stay exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend this place to others and hope to return in the future!

Good value and centrally located
We were pleased with the communication with the guesthouse. The check in was easy and Lisa the receptionist was friendly and informative. The room spacious and clean with good furnishings and the bathroom clean. Towels and linens clean. The breakfast was much better than I had been expecting and was very tasty with nice staff. The guesthouse is pretty central to lots of sightseeing places. Coloseum 15 minutes, Trevi fountain 20 minutes, lots of shops and bars close. It wasca good stay and Id return next time I'm in Rome.

The host Lisa was great, we felt more like family guest then hotel guests. Room was super clean, as it was brand new. Proximity to Termini and Santa maria maggiore was excelent. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends and if we come back to Rome we will stay here for sure

We had a great stay and were looked after really well by Anderson, Ozge and Elena very well, nothing was too much trouble. Were able to share some maps and recommended where to visit and to eat that were not in tourist areas so could benefit from traditional Roman cuisine. Best stay experience in Italy. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful - patiently answered every question in detail, and reached out to see if you need anything. Location is great: 9-12 min walk to the train and subway stations, plenty of dining options nearby (also several bubble tea shops!), and is close to some beautiful churches.

Great location. Little hard to find the first time. Elevator small but you’re walking Rome, take the stairs. Everyone friendly and very helpful. Slept good. Stayed 5 nights.

We had a wonderful experience. It was difficult to find the first night as we walked right past the door without realizing it, but after calling we were able to find it. Excellent location, we walked from the Roma Termini station and were able to walk or take a bus to all the sites around Rome. We were provided with a map and given an overview of where things are as well as restaurant recommendations. The owner was very helpful and made sure we knew where everything was that we wanted to see. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Zero issues. When we visit Rome again we will 100% stay here.

We sadly only stayed for one night but we will be back. The staff were so lovely, going above and beyond to make our short trip perfect. The breakfast was amazing, not your usual hotel breakfast, with lots of lovely home made touches and they served it earlier just for us because we had to leave early. Location is also brilliant, couldn’t recommend more!
