"Cozy and very good B&B place next to Train Station"
Although located on 3rd floor of living house, hard to identify at the beginning and in a bit strange but safe neighbourhood (mostly asian people who keep here shops and small cafes), once found - is very comfortable, nice, clean inexpensive small hotel.Rooms have refrigerator, very good bathroom, LC TV, neatly decorated and has enough space.Location: 10 mins from Termini Train Station, 2 mins from V.Emanuelle subway station and 500m from St.Maria Maggiore (center), super market and small "eateries" are down the street.Small breakfast and Wi-Fi included.Personnel is helpful, nice, english speaking.Overall impression - very good!

"A little treasure."
You only get what you pay for, so wasn't expecting much. It was a lovely place to stay after a weary day on the busy streets of Rome sightseeing. Good wifi, safe and air conditioning in room. It was in a quiet little courtyard so got a good nights sleep. They couldn't do more for us. Breakfast is 3.50€, you will be lucky to get a cup of coffee in Rome for that price, it was enough to start the day for us.

"Convenient for the train station"
We found the hotel easily. The staff on the front desk were very pleasant. Breakfast is self service and sufficient. The only one thing was the street was pretty noisy all night. Hubby of course slept through it all but it woke me up a few times during the night. However it was so convenient for the station for a 3 night break, Half an hour walk south to the colosseum or half an hour walk west to the Trevi Fountain, if that's too far it's only a short walk to the Metro station that takes you easily either way plus the Vatican.

"Quiet area, clean and friendly"
OK, so don't get worried. You drive through an industrial estate and think, oh my word what have I done. The hotel is out the other side in amongst some nice houses overlooking a field. It looks modern and pleasing to the eye. The entrance is a bit bland and sterile but very clean. Easily checked in. We were late and we were told no food or drink was available. Rooms were very nice, nothing fancy, but you could tell one of the two rooms we booked had been smoked in. Try and get the side away from the pool as people smoke on patio outside and you get that whiff, little bit of noise, but hey that's a hotel. The pool is overlooked by the restaurant and lobby so no real privacy here. It is not much too look at. It was October so we were not going to use it. The free breakfast is a continental style. Don't expect much but it was fine, all the food was fresh. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was good, quite reasonable price. It is nowhere near any public transport so a car is an essential piece of kit. the Metro is two junctions on the motorway at Laurentina. Would I stay here again, yes I would. Its nothing special, but we got a good price, so you get what you pay for.

"Only for visitiors with car, not really 4 stars .."
We stayed 10 nights at the hotel aware that it is outside Rome. Even we thought it's only about 20km, reality was that we drove daily about 50-55km one direction to the places we wanted to see in Rome. We had a Fiat Panda Rent-a-Car so not really a problem, expect the fact that you get taxed about 6 Euros per day for using the highway both directions. Be aware, Rome is not for everybody due its heavy traffic and driving behaviour of italians! Me as an ex- rally driver got used to it after 2nd day, but if you are not a very good driver, forget about car and this hotel. Hotel is absolutly safe, the staff is very helpfull and friendly without expection. Wi-Fi at the hotel is terrible. At our 4 devices we had only Wi-Fi at 5m around the reception, the biggest drawback in my opinion of the hotel. The shower in the rooms seem to be made for little italians up to 75kg weight, so small they are. I'am 80kg and 174cm high and it is the most what that shower can take with closed doors. No idea how a 120kg person can use the shower. Windows and balcony can not be used due the heavy traffic at 3 of the sides of the hotel. Rooms are quiete as long as the windows are closed. The restaurant which is not operated by the hotel gives you a feeling of a canteen, however the food is very tasty. Free TV channels only in Italian. Our conclusion: Good hotel if you are by car and get a good deal. If not, look for something within the borders of Rome

"Wonderful bnb"
Tina the hostess was so friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was immaculately clean. Location and price was excellent. Good a/c and water pressure. Only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that they only replace towels and soap every three days and we need more than that. Wonderful stay overall!!
