Upon check in, staff member Katelyn was so nice and helpful. Our room was clean and beautiful! The breakfast are was amazing, lots of options and clean. Our entire stay was 10/10!

Was unique, in that it was up in the trees out of sight. The breakfast area being detached from the main building, that was different than any other places I've stayed. Didn't like that the coffee pot in the room was dirty.

Heater was out this first nite but staff gave extra blankets and it was fine. Staff replaced entire unit the next morning in about 10mins. Very friendly!

Do not stay here stay anywhere else!
Horrible!!! Staff is not helpful! Manager is extremely rude! Policy that they do not clean room only every three days!! I asked for my room to be cleaned or even basic stuff, throw trash, etc and was literally told no! I called the manager 4 times one day to inquire about charges and was told to stop calling she would call me I was never called. Property is old carpet is filthy. Do not stay.

Thank you for your review, when I called you back from my personal phone so that I could resolve your issue with your payment you did not mention anything about wanting your room cleaned. It is a new industry standard after covid that we do not enter guest rooms until the 3rd day of their stay, anything before then is by request, that is what my front desk was trying to explain to you when you yelled at them and hung on them. I immediately called your room to see what all you were needing in your room so that we could bring it up to you, however you did not answer me because you were already on the phone with customer care. I answered the call from customer care and explained that I was trying to contact you so that we could bring whatever was needed to your room. customer care also informed you of this because you would not respond to us. unfortunately you were not willing to communicate with us after that so there was nothing we could do to for you after that point.we wish you the best of luck with your future stays elsewhere.

The hotel check in at 4 pm is very late. They sent the link to check in online but they did not send both rooms. I had to show up to check in the second room and it was very slow the process. When I finally got to the room, I was upset because it was smelly. The key only worked one time and then they would not open the door. They were set incorrectly.

The property location for me is great due to is pretty quiet and in the middle of the forest. The only issue I saw is the security due to it is pretty open so anybody that is not a renter can come into a room without any restriction

We’ve been staying at this hotel for the last 8 years or so unfortunately this is probably the last time we stay here. The front desk service was great but thats where it ended. The rooms were clean but the beds are very old and uncomfortable you can feel the springs every turn you make and the pillows are horrible. We just didn’t get any rest because of this. There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper which ran out in the night with no backup roll we had to borrow a roll from our daughters room next door there was no tissues so when i was applying my makeup i had to use the face towels to clean my makeup. The bottom lock on the door was broken so at one point in the evening the wind blew the door open it was quite startling. I do love this place but the wear and tear is showing and it needs some attention especially in the beds and pillows.

The room was clean and nice. Good sheets. The outdoor hot tub in the winter was wonderful, in the forest and mountains. Great location. Full breakfast was included.

We had s wonderful stay here, as always. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were able to park right outside our door, which was great since my husband is on crutches. The breakfast offerings were great! Pork tamales, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, various breads and muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. The only 'issue' was when we were checking in. The very nice lady at the desk had a log line of folks wanting to check in. I was 7th in line. She handled everything as quickly as possible, and was gracious to everyone. It would have been nice if there had been a 2nd employee helping her, expediting check ins. We look forward to our next stay here.

Front desk clerk was a delight to talk with. Our stay was very comfortable and accommodating. One of the best hotels in ruidoso in my opinion.
