Loved the service, thank you for upgrading us to a suite room for no extra charge! Secondly, oh my goodness, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, best I’ve ever had out of any hotel, ever. The towels were amazingly soft and smelled great. Bathroom was pristine and nice fixtures, including jetted tub. We were blown away by the quality of this hotel. Also we were expecting breakfast to be mediocre, but it was not! Great food and drink choices. Thank you all for having great quality and high standards. We will be back.

Nothing fancy but a very nice, quiet clean and comfortable stay. The rooms are a bit outdated but kept up. Room was very clean and neat and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was normal fare and enough of it through the end. Only thing is they only had regular coffee. Good for me not so much for my wife who drinks decaf. Good place for a very reasonable price in the area.

The staff is very nice. WE have stayed at this property twice. The rooms have been clean and the beds are comfortable. Even though the hotel is on the main road, we never had any road noise. The one downside is, we have been disapointed in the breakfasts that they offered.

We love staying here and will again. Usually priced right, clean and the beds are so comfortable! However this time there were a few hiccups. The first is our key cards did not work right away, they had to come and reprogram the door, not too big of a deal. Then come to find out, much later after we returned from a night out that the TV was left on demo mode so the side menu kept popping up. Then there was the cleaning lady. She sure was in a hurry to get us out of there. We heard a knock on the door at 8:30am and before we could get there she was coming and announcing herself. Then she came back around again at 10:00am. I thought there was some sort of system hotels had in place to let them know when someone has checked out. Oh well, lesson learned, always put the “Do not disturb” sign up!

The hot tub was disgusting. The floors and carpet were very old and the paint on the roof in the bathroom was peeling. Drain was semi backed up along with the TV acting up. Overall you can tell the property is aged and needs some repairs/maintenance. The customer service was subpar and they made you feel like they didn’t care if you were there or not. They charged for a roll away bed for the little ones, $15. The breakfast was not bad. They also charge you 5 dollars extra on top of your reservation if you use Expedia or any other 3rd party for your reservation.

The property itself is pretty average, but not bad for the price. The older gentleman manning the reception area was very friendly and the lady preparing the breakfast buffet was really nice and accommodating.

The property stank like curry and fried onions. The room stank of some awful perfume chemical smell. And the bed sagged so terribly we couldn’t sleep. Just a nasty place will never be back.
