Table et chaises de cuisine en formica usagés, baignoire très usagée, robinetterie melangeur d'un autre temps,moquette murale dans les WC! Immeuble sans VMC, ventilation naturelle limite insuffisante ?

Très bien située sur la rade et entrée du port, vue inoubliable, logement proche des commerces et du cœur de la ville, bon logement(avec parking),grand espace de vie,appartement très lumineux A conseiller

Situation exceptionnelle

Une vue imprenable sur l'entrée du port, c'est le clou de cet appartement. L'appartement est un peu ancien et la salle de bain mériterait d'être relookée mais il très propre et globalement bien équipé. Un seul bémol pour les accros du numérique, la réception TV tient de l'exploit (4 chaines exotiques quand ça passe) et pas wifi disponible. Dommage pour les soirées pluvieuses.
