Very enjoyable
Loved our one night stay. Very friendly staff and lovely sea view from our room. There were a couple of little niggles but nothing to stop us from staying again. The window opened right in front of the 2 seater sofa making it Impossible for 2 to sit on it and the one person to sit on the edge, if you wanted the window open. Also the control to the towel rail heater had no cover on it showing the wires. Luckily we didn't want to put it on as the weather was so nice. I couldn't say if it worked or not, didn't want to risk it.

Perfect Location and excellent value
We had a lovely stay in the hotel as it is in a fantastic location right adjacent to the centre and the nightlife, yet in a very tranquil quiet setting overlooking a park. The rooms are very nicely decorated in a nautical blue and white theme and in very good condition. The staff are excellent - friendly, warm and efficient, especially Marie on reception and the housekeeping staff are also very good.

Small and friendly hotel,very warm and welcoming staff.Fabulous location with easy access to all St Martin has to offer.Delicious buffet breakfast,good value compared to local cafe breakfasts.Can't wait to go Back!

hotel Staff very lovely but room tiny, bathroom minute. No air conditioning. The most uncomfortable pillows. Plastic water glasses, no fridge so nothing to drink in room other than 1 small bottle of water between 2 of us. At the price we paid I don’t think it was good enough. Breakfast and parking both extras!
