I wasn’t expecting much when I booked this hotel. However our expectations were exceeded upon check in by Justin who was such an amazing check in representative. He made every effort to accommodate us with a room with a view without us

Polite and made us feel very comfortable from the minute we walked in the lobby. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The free daily breakfast was actually quite good and one of the better complimentary breakfasts I have had in a hotel. There were several hot selections as well as the usual standard hotel fare. Overall, I would absolutely return here if I return to the SLC area.

Breakfast was good. The beds were uncomfortable. We all woke up sore. There were stains on the furniture and the arm of the couch. Our room was above the entrance and we could hear the automatic doors every time they opened and shut. We could also hear every noise in the hallway.

Clean, comfortable room at a good price and with easy drive to amazing skiing. Breakfast is included, food is adequate but not great. We found some good restaurants nearby. There were a couple minor issues with the room (the shower door leaked water onto the floor, the fridge froze everything) but overall a good deal and very satisfied!

Jacuzzi/hot tub out of order & pool was cold, which is the whole reason I stayed at this motel. Breakfast was okay. Nice area, however, not a lot of services like food, stores, or gas stations close by, the closest food place is a 10 minute walk from hotel and everything else is farther. It was raining most of the weekend so it was miserable to walk anywhere.

We've stayed here multiple times and each time has been clean, comfortable and welcoming. Staff is helpful, the breakfast is great and the location makes it easy to get on and off the highway. The only negative from this last trip was the jacuzzi was out of order and we weren't notified at check in so on the second night of our stay we were looking forward to that. We arrived at the pool to realize the jacuzzi was closed. Overall, we like this place a lot and would stay here again.

Had to get a room cause it was across the street from the hospital. Then i needed to extend my stay so i did that directly through the hotel. They told me i didn't need to do anything on the original checkout because it was extended. Then i get a call while at the hospital telling me i had to check out and then back in, in person. That i only had a few minutes to come do it otherwise they would remove my stuff from the room and cancel the extension. No exceptions. Are you kidding me? I had to leave the hospital to return to the hotel. But are you kidding me? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone needing to go to the hospital there. They don't care. Then the full breakfast is a lie. All they had were cinnamon rolls. Yeah, that won't work for people with certain health issues. Don't stay here!

Great stay as always which is why I shall continue to return.
Long week even though only two days in w/ a required early morning beginning for the third day. Chose to stay over and save time with the commute both ways. Close, convenient, and comfortable stay that resulted being better prepared for today required activities.
