We always try our best to deliver our best service and I am very sorry that we have failed in your boss's case. It is correct that we have a central heating system and it is still working if the temperature falls below a certain degree. It is possible that the radiator in your boss's room was not on but my colleague from the reception should have given your boss a proper information, apologies for any inconvenience that has caused. Also I am terribly sorry for the smell. I have received the information that we had some issues with the pipes because of the heavy rain in the last weeks and we fixed it immediately the next day. If your boss would give us another chance, I am sure that we will deliver the experience, our guests are usually so fond of. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. We are aware that our buildings need an update, and we would like to assure you that we are working on that.
