Amazing Luxury Property with Spectacular Views

I stayed at this property for my bachelor trip in August, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Incredible views over Petco Park and the ocean in the distance. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious stay!

The place had pretty views and was fairly clean overall, though the bathroom wasn't swept well. The location is great-easy to walk to and from the Gaslamp area. However, check-in and parking instructions were confusing (as other guests have also mentioned). When we called via the Butterfly system for help, the host responded in an upset tone saying "it's unlocked," which was uncomfortable.The worst part was after checkout - the host called us multiple times around 10:00 PM accusing us of lying about leaving and not following their checkout instructions, even though we had already left the keys in the unit as directed. The communication was unprofessional, emotional, and unnecessarily confrontational.

Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for our trip! We had tickets to a concert at Petco Park. There is a great coffee shop on the ground floor. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had great views! The pool area was really nice. Check in and check out were easy and communication with the property manager was easy. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Great place to stay in San Diego!

This place was great to stay in! Everything is very modern and clean! The view of Petco Park is amazing as well as the view towards Coronado and the Coronado bridge and downtown as well. There is an on site gym and a couple of restaurants nearby right below the facility. The building is secure and parking is easy. We highly recommend this unit and these owners.

The building is very new and condo was clean. Beds are comfy. The owners were easy to communicate with. It was nice to have some basics in the kitchen, like oil, sugar, coffee filters, etc. Thanks for a great stay for my family with three kids, 13,11, and 8!

Great Description

Beautiful views, just as described. The location is great, especially for Padres games. Close to gas lamp and able to walk to most restaurants. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to have another key fob. But other than that really great place, would definitely stay here again!

Elite location for baseball fans & families

Wonderful 2BR 2BA condo overlooking Petco Park and short walking distance to great restaurants. Beautiful property, fantastic game room the kids loved to play in daily & pools on property. Easy & convenient garage parking. A must stay for any baseball fan or urban dweller excited to see the special areas of SoCal. 30min to La Jolla & SeaWorld!

This is a beautiful apartment with amazing views and lots of amenities. I rented it for a birthday trip to visit my brother who lives in San Diego. It was the perfect place for us to stay. The Gas Lamp District is walking distance, which has lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Highly recommend!

Great experience

This unit was perfect for what we wanted. Close to Petco, the Rady Shell and the Gaslamp. The unit was exactly as photographed. Very stylish, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are big and there was plenty of closet space. The building also has great amenities. We used the fitness center and enjoyed the outdoor pool areas. Good communication from the hosts as well.

Amazing property with TONS of amenities. The view of the Petco Park and the bay was great, could hear the band from the balcony without it disturbing those inside the condo. And, we could see the fireworks, bonus! The surrounding area wfelt fairly safe during the day but I would be Leary to walk around at night if there want a game taking place. But, with so much to do in the bldg and unit we didn't feel the need to go out. Security was alert and friendly.

Great location

Condo was clean and quiet. We found it odd that there was no top sheet on the bed, we found it in the closet. The bathroom is equipped with all the basics. Same for the kitchen. If you are cooking and need more than basics, you need to bring them. Also, you really need a 12 cup coffee maker. No major complaints.

AMAZING VIEWS

We just returned home after a weeklong stay at this amazing condo in San Diego! From the moment we walked in, the views were absolutely breathtaking! We took in several Padres games. The location was unbeatable! We literally walked right across the street into the stadium! The check-in process went very smoothly for us. We just had to give the owner our rental car information as soon as possible so that they would have the parking permit ready for us when we got there. My 7 and 10 year-old boy absolutely loved the game rooms and the pools! People had warned us about the homeless problem, but we did not have a single issue with it. In fact, the entire week we only saw two homeless people on the sidewalk outside of the condominium complex. The condo building itself is incredibly secure and safe. Any questions we had, Chelsea answered promptly. This is an awesome trip we will not forget anytime soon! My 10-year-old is a huge baseball fan and to be able to wake up in the morning looking into Petco Park was pretty amazing!! Thank you for all the memories that will last a lifetime!

The view is amazing and the unit was comfortable. The parking was a little confusing at first, but once you figure that part out it’s fine. The key fob takes a bit of time to unlock the door as well. We were a bit surprised by all the homeless people surrounding the area outside, so we didn’t feel safe walking to many places. All in all we had a great trip and the hosts were excellent and friendly. We were close to everything we wanted to do and would definitely stay here again.
