Plenty of supplies
We chose this location near OLD Town San Diego to be closer to fun of old San Diego. We are foodies and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The dwelling is well stocked with everything. We were able to bring our 2 dogs, and they could play in the enclosed backyard. The neighborhood was safe enough to walk them at night. The 3 of us shared the 1 bathroom in the main living area. A separate bedroom with a bunk bed was nice for privacy. Parking was convenient. We would stay here again!

Refreshing Oasis in Oldtown
We had a wonderful stay. The place was private and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The pool was refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. We walked to restaurants and trolly. Bob was a great host and helpful. Thanks Bob!

Great little studio
We had a great time at Bob’s place. It was a great location. Like 20 minutes to everything. The kitchenette was fully stocked, private parking space, and of course the private pool. Our doggo loved lying in the sun and doing zoomies in the backyard. Lots of outdoor games, cornhole, ring toss and horse shoes. We can’t wait to go back! Thanks Bob!

Great for kids
Great location. We brought 3 15 year old girls, who loved the cabana. We had the studio with the futon, so we expected not to sleep too well. I forgot how humid San Diego can be. No a/c, but there were floor fans which helped a lot. The pool was a nice touch and did not go to waste. We walked to Old Town a couple of times. The owner was friendly and greeted us upon arrival and then gave us our privacy. Overall, just be mindful of the sleeping situation and remember that it's a studio with a cabana. We did not stay there for most of our trip so it served its purpose. The water pressure in the shower was fine and he provided a lot of bathroom and kitchen amenities. The girls loved it!

Great location and setup for families
The location of this rental makes it easy to see San Diego. You're seconds from I-5 with easy access to many locations. The setup of the rental is perfect for families with small kids. Our three boys loved stayed out in the Cabana. The house has all you need. Only complaint is the futon is a little old, and it is get difficult to setup. Minor detail that shouldn't keep anyone from staying here.

Great family location
Bob, was a great host. My family and I stayed in his home to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The location was amazing, everything was within walking distance. Bob takes great care of the home everything was nice and clean. Can’t wait to come back!
