WARNING! Not as advertised
The listing is not as advertised. Immediately upon arrival, we found the front of the home to be overgrown and not maintained. The inside of the home was also not maintained or thoroughly cleaned. There were multiple stains all over the carpet throughout the house, the couch has rips and tears, the kitchen had a musty odor which we found came from the dishwasher that had mold and mildew in the bottom. The knives in the knife block had food stuck to them. The inside of the sink had leftover food, the sponge was almost black with dirt and there was no handsoap provided for the bathroom or kitchen. The Roku TV had not been set up so we were not able to watch the television. But the biggest issue was the inadequate locks and safety concerns. The front door had a basic keycode lock and no deadbolt but the frame was not sealed so we could see daylight through all sides of the door. The garage held the washer and dryer (again, no soap) that had a door leading to the outside walkway and no functioning lock. We later learned that the home is split into multiple units and the other tenants also use the laundry facilities, but that was not explained in the listing. When we reached out to the owner, he hung up on us and after calling back, he told us to contact VRBO. We do not recommend this property.
