Overall a very nice clean place, however the only con was that the AC did not work properly. It took a long time to cool the room so the night was uncomfortable.

Good, Comfortable Hotel for Road Trip
We paid for filling, tasty breakfast with very good, friendly service. Just a 1 day stay between cities. Comfortable room, quiet. No refrig in room, seems normal. Can walk or drive to stores, restaurants.

This will always be my spot in SLP!
Just got back from my 2nd stay here in 2 months. Unlike most Mexican hotels, this hotel is very reminiscent of a US chain (I think it might be American owned?). Wall to wall carpet, bathtub, and an overall feel of something like a Ramada, but at a fraction of the cost. Very clean both in the room and the rest of the hotel. The restaurant serves good food and is reasonably priced. Granted, I am in the habit of tipping US-style, but the service was absolutely excellent! All the staff were very accommodating, but Jennifer would go above and beyond for both of my stays! I might avoid the laundry service unless absolutely necessary, as it is quite pricy, especially with the surprise "taxes" that appear come time to pay. There are likely similar services close by in town for much less. All in all, a perfect stay for an unbelievably low price!! I will definitely stay here again when in San Luis.

My worries about staying in this hotel dissipated once I walked in, since this was my first stay and had not known about this organization; great staff, clean rooms, very comfortable beds. No restaurants facilities near, at hotel restaurant food is good, menu no dot change too much from day to day.
