Everything was meticulously cared for. The hotel rooms were updated with very comfortable beds, nice decor and a full-sized fridge. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The made-to-order breakfast was very tasty. This is a wonderful place to stay in Lompoc!

NOT PET FRIENDLY $40 PER NIGHT. ON WEBSITE ITS $25. THEY STILL CHARGED ME 40. SHOWER TOWELS HAD YELLOW STAINS. DRY WALL BEHIND THE DOOR HAD A HOLE THREE ALMOST IDENTICAL OLD PAINTINGS IN SMALL ROOM. ROOM.ARE OUTDATED. FOR THE PRICE. $140.. NVEREVER STAYING HERE. FOR $ 20 PER NIGHT HILTON AND EMBASSY SUITES. THIS PLCE SUCKS. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE.

It is unfortunate that your stay did not live up to our usual high standards and great reviews. We were unaware that the door knob somehow got smashed into the wall, but we made the repair right after I read your review. It is always our intent to ensure that every room is extremely clean and in good repair. Thankfully the majority of guests are pleased with their experience at our family owned and operated hotel.

We were surprisingly impressed! The staff was great! There were a TON of movies to rent for free. It was a rainy night but we got to play in the hot tub. We ordered dinner from the restaurant and it was great. The free breakfast options were impressive and the waitress was on point! We had an event at the wine ghetto and it was a 15 min walk, which was really convenient. Everything was perfect! We'll definitely be back.

Staff was very friendly. Bar and restaurant on site was fun, friendly and reasonable. Pool was very cold but it was winter time. Room had funny smell but I assume it used to be a smoking room a long time ago. Shower head was lame.

We seem to come here every year because we like the homey feel, the sit-down breakfast, the selection of DVDs—complete with popcorn and ice cream sandwiches. We come here to relax after a busy holiday season!

We like staying here!
The bed is awesome, and having a restaurant attached is fabulous. The food is great. The staff is wonderful. The fan in the bathroom is too noisy and there needs to be better options for charging phones bedside but still a nice place to stay.

Stayed 1 night and had a dog; pretty standard room with good shower and bed. The carpet had stains but just wear socks or sandals will suffice. Check in was easy.

It was cool you got 2 drink tokens each night, although I only used them one night as the bar/restaurant didn’t open until 6 pm on Friday/Saturday. The breakfast was also free, made to order, and really good. Remember to tip these guys - just because it’s free doesn’t mean the wait staff doesn’t deserve to be tipped. I saw a few other breakfast diners that did not leave anything.

The people, cleanliness and amenities are great. You get a full breakfast and 2 free drink tickets per person. Only thing is the decor is very dated but once you look past that everything else was good. Would recommend staying especially if you’re traveling with dogs.

From chevk in to check out, everyone we encountered was friendly. It made us feel welcomed. The restaurant had good food, a great bar area with pool and air hockey. Service was very good!

With a 9.0 rating we were expecting more. the room was cramped, smelled like old motel. Had to open window and door and run fan to clear stale smell. TV had lots of cable channels but could not find local channels. Local TV running in dinning room. Plus was good breakfast, free drinks during happy hour. Did not utilize dinner menu.

This hotel was really well run, with friendly staff, good location, excellent food ( we had dinner and breakfast), and really great end-to end experience. The service and facilities really redefine excellence. I gave 5 stars, but they deserve a higher rating. I hope to come back to Lompoc so we can stay here again.
