Beautiful gardens, pool and bar area. Room itself was quiet, clean and cosy. Very good breakfast provided, and the hotel location was great for access to the beach and the restaurant bars along the shoreline. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Marillia Village was more run down than the pictures suggested, and didn’t feel like a four star hotel. Some features were lovely - the plants and the bar staff were great. Others were dissapointing, breakfast was basic and small but important things were not as they should be e.g the bedsheet was too small for the bed and kept coming loose in the night, the drains in the rooms sometimes had a bad smell coming from them.

Fantastic Stay
We stayed at Marillia Village for two weeks at the beginning of July 2023. We had a split level apartment (2 Adults and 1 child). George and Stella were amazing at responding to all my questions/requests before we even arrived. They made sure the airport transfer was set up (I would highly recommend setting that up through them. It worked seamlessly) and arranged two separate rental car bookings for us (also incredibly easy and convenient - so much better than renting from an airport counter). From the moment we arrived we felt like we stepped into a little oasis. The landscaping is impeccable and helps to provide shade and keep everything cooler. The room was spacious and very clean. Ample storage. I do wish there was a separate AC unit on the upper level as that got quite hot while the downstairs was chilly from the AC. But that's a really minor gripe. The pool area was again, clean and inviting. We never had to worry about getting an umbrella or sun lounger. Brekfast was wonderful, both in friendly service and good food. The hotel is on the smaller side, so don't expect a huge buffet. But they had everything we liked and what impressed me most was that everything was in glas jars. No plastic in sight! Love it. The hotel is only a hop and a skip from the beach and about 15 min walk (along the beach) to the bus stop so you could take the bus to Fira. There are two mini-marts in walking distance as well and of course all the restaurants etc. We loved our stay! Thank you!!

Really great hotel. Location is in the middle of Perevolos beach. Close to the hotel and the port. Really lovely room, suite 14 and great staff - a special thank you to Suzana. The pool was pleasant and breakfast was basic but tasty. Would recommend.

Loved this hotel!
First time staying on Santorini and picked this hotel to relax for the first three days of our week’s holiday. So pleased we did. A really lovely place to stay. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Location was great. Would 100% recommend.

Marillia Villa is a small but beautiful little hotel in a great location which means you can walk to the beach and restaurants. Within 10 mins The staff are friendly and very helpful This is truly a little gem of a place to stay we will be going back .

Hotel location and staff are amazing. But finishing touches could do with improvement: - breakfast is awful - Satelite TV doesn't work - room cleanliness is less than comfortable - wifi is average at best However swimming pool is amazing and very close to beach and great restaurants

Mama Mia Wedding! OPA!
The hotel was perfect for our wedding party. Traditional Greek. Beautiful. Everything was lovely and colorful. Breakfast buffet amazing and really delicious. The staff was completely accomodating. Helping us with all of the "special" requests that a wedding party can have. I will happily return to Marillia Village.

We absolutely loved our stay in Santorini, and at Marillia Hotel! Yulli, Nikoletta, Ismirni and the two gentlemen (don't recall their names) were amazing! Definitely recommend this place to all!

Small and friendly hotel, well loacted
New manager this year, but really welcoming - We had an issue with our designated room and after a bit of negotiating all was sorted. The hotel is clean, friendly and well situated a few minutes from the beach. The pool area is also very welcoming and never crowded. We used the hotel to organise airport transfers and car hire - all without problems so would recommend. Breakfast is simple but enough choice and the bar, snack food all were good. The barman (Manos) a real character and added to our enjoyable stay

Nothing was to much trouble
50 words is not enough to describe how much we enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast had home made pastry it had cooked food fruits, many other choices,all the staff were so help full it was as if they were friends. there knowledge of the island was second to none. If you choose to stay you wont be disapointed

Issue with insects in the bedroom
I have mixed feelings writing this review as at the beginning of our stay my perception was better. The reception staff was very friendly & very helpful until then. Then -on the last night, we found 2 x thumb-size cockroaches in the bedroom area (one on the floor, another on the bed-frame). I raised the issue immediately. At 1st the receptionist was unable to take any action. Then after I suggested I'd give him some time, we were asked to wait at the pool. It was already approaching midnight. After 40min of wait - the solution we were given was to change bed-linens and spray-out the area. We didn't find it satisfactory (we didn't want to inhale the spray, and we were still uncertain of the cleanliness). We asked for the new room which the staff could not provide so we decided to move to the other hotel. We came back next day to complete the check-out and discuss the issue. We also could not reach the agreement and we were being convinced that the cockroaches aren’t unusual, and that the hotel had good cleaning standards. I also mentioned other minor issues that we faced before (toilet not cleaned regularly, floor cleaned with dirty rag, unfriendly staff at the breakfast). Finally as we couldn't settle the conflict I asked for a refund of the last night stay which I had been refused at 1st. After that I asked to speak with the manager, we have been finally offered the refund for the last night stay. This experience changed our perception of the hotel entirely.

Would totally recommend!
We stayed 4 days while researching the island for places to get married and used this as our base. Never been to Santorini before but this was definitely a good find. The staff were great and offered advice on making the most of our visit. Including a trip on a boat to Oia for the sunset which we would totally recommend, excellent value and it made a very romantic end to our stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Al the staff were very freindly and helpfull. Nothing was too much trouble to make our stay an enjoyable one. I would recommend this as a base for anyone staying on the island. This is a quieter area and suits those who like to get away from it all. Overall excellent!

What an amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful with arranging transportation and activities. I stayed during off season so the place was fairly quiet. The rooms and ammenities were just as described. Incredibly charming! Just steps away from the black sand beach and a 30min bus ride to Feira. There is not one complaint I can conjure. This was perfect for my solo get away... STAY HERE!

Great location, great staff!
We stayed at Marillia Village Hotel in July for 4 nights. It is in a great location (beach is just down the road). Sofia and her staff are very helpful and will do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was served by the pool every morning which was nice. There was a good variety of food available including some traditional greek pastries and of course greek yoghurt. We never used the pool as the beach is so close. The only thing I will say is the wifi at the hotel is not very good. However, all the restaurants along the beach front offer free wifi if you eat there. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel which was very handy for a visit to Oia.

Lovely quirky hotel
The hotel was beautiful and each of the rooms / apartments was almost a mini house with its own terrace or balcony which added to the quirky charm. Set 80m from the beach and restaurants / bars, it was quiet but near to everything you needed for food, drink and entertainment. Breakfast was served by the pool in a small seated area and was buffet style. Nothing fancy but perfect for a light breakfast. The only setback was that, when we arrived, we were shown to a room but had to move to another room the next morning, so we couldn't unpack. The room we subsequently moved to had twin beds (apparently the hotel had not received our request for a double) so we then spent our romantic holiday in separate beds which wasn't ideal at all!

Great holiday and fantastic staff.
Booked this hotel after reading all the positive reviews and having spent ten days there recently can completely understand why people have written such positive things. Fantastic location, near the beach, lovely comfortable rooms and great swimming pool and bar area but above all else the staff are fantastic. Sophia the owner is lovely, very welcoming and accommodating, Maria the receptionist is very friendly and helpful and George the bartender is great and makes fantastic cocktails! Would recommend to anyone who wants a lovely relaxing holiday in a fantastic hotel.

Marillia Village - A beautiful place to stay!
Marillia Village is a beautiful place to stay, always spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is slightly away from the main tourist areas of Perissa and Kamari but we wanted to be somewhere slightly quieter so it suited us well. Very close to the beach but also has a lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Would definately recommend as somewhere to relax and a good base for exploring the rest of the island.

Marillia Village - charming hotel close to beach
Stayed for 2 weeks in Sept 20011. Small friendly hotel, beautifully laid out with white buildings, bougainvillaea, shady cobbled paths and a lovely pool area. Not a bad size pool (15-17metres?) and plenty of sunbeds. Our apartment was a good size, the kitchenette was excellent with glasses, cutlery, crockery and a pan and frying pan. The room was kept absolutely spotless and we seemed to get clean towels every other day. Breakfast simple but good, and we had dinner there a few times which was nice (great chips!). Liana who runs the place was efficient and helpful, and the trips/car hire/taxis she organised for us all worked well. Perivolos is very quiet - there are restaurants by the beach but no real shops. There's the Euromarket for provisions a 10 minute walk away, or the big Co-op in Perissa that had a free taxi service when we were there - very useful! A lovely holiday.

Une belle arnaque. Venant de l’hôtellerie, je connais très bien les moyens de faire du profit. Je m’explique. Vous payez une réservation via expedia avec le nettoyage quotidien et à l’arrivée on vous dit  «  avec le covid on ne fait plus le ménage en chambre. Si vous voulez le ménage il faut nous prévenir et payer 12€ de plus par jour ». C’est scandaleux. D’autant plus étrange quand tous les autres hôtels font le ménage. Aucune remise sur notre réservation !!! De plus, la chambre est spacieuse mais les finitions sont très approximatives. Aucune ventilation dans les salles de bains. Du coup, une chaleur infernale. Isolation acoustique inexistante qui se fait ressentir lorsque vous avez des clients bruyants en dessous. Petit déjeuner moyen. Beaucoup de plats chauds sont en réalité froids. Bouquet final. Au départ nous laissons nos affaires en dans la bagagerie qui n’est même pas sécurisée !. On revient et il manque un sac. La réception l’avait pris car ils se sont trompés sur la facture. Gros stress de voir un bagage manquant. Traitement comme si nous étions des voleurs. Honnêtement, cherchez un autre établissement qui réalise vraiment ce pour quoi vous avez réservé. Le cadre et les photos sont belles mais très très loin du prix pour lequel nous sommes facturés.

Wunderschöne, moderne Anlage in Strandnähe
Wunderschöne, moderne Unterkunft in nur wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage, mit vielen blühenden Pflanzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war trotz Corona vielfältig. Geräumige Zimmer mit stilvoller Einrichtung. Schöne Poolbar. Pool ausreichend groß. Einziger Haken: keine Kaffeemaschine oder Teekocher auf dem Zimmer.

Dejligt hotel på den sydlige del af Santorini
Vi havde et vidunderligt ophold takket være blandt andet morgenmadsbetjeningen og ikke mindst Martha og Lazeros i receptionen. Beliggenheden er god hvis man gerne vil være tæt på Stranden og de fantastiske value- restauranter som Afros og Terra Nera. Værelset var fint til fire personer og de er gode til at holde det rent og pænt.

Lovely stay!
Perfect staying, the rooms are lovely and really next to the beach. The breakfast could be improved but it is well compensated by the hotel staff, which are 5 stars!

Schöne Anlage nahe am schwarzen Lavastrand.
Sehr schöne, florale Anlage in weniger schöner Umgebung. Jedoch ist der Fußweg zum schwarzen Lavastrand nur 5 Minuten!!! Strand lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Pool und Barlandschaft entsprechen nicht dem Photo, darüber waren wir enttäuscht. Absolut super für Familien!!
