Excellent hôtel and outstanding service with a near ideal placement two steps away from the Plaza Mayor. Only drawback is the lack of parking but they offer a Valet service for 17 Euros per day. Other than that a very solid choice and highly recommended hotel.

Rooms were clean and personnel was helpful. However we were trying to contact property in advance (via Phone & text) to ask further info about the spa services. Nobody replied and we found out when arrived, that the Massage services were fully booked. Given that we booked Spa property for it´s services - while the price was quite high- this experience was a pretty disappointing.

Good option, very close to the Plaza Mayor. The staff were friendly, the hotel was a bit of a maze. The room was comfortable. We didn't use the spa as it was extra.

It’s an older property so I wouldn’t expect the building to be in perfect condition. It was clean and the beds were comfortable but there was no bathroom ventilation and some area of the walls needed repairs. Also extremely difficult to find parking anywhere nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good hotel but spa needs attention
Ideally located and good service, but couple notable problems: 1) sound proofing is poor. Had to call desk at 12am to complain about really noisy family upstairs. 2) Massage services are professional, but the jacuzzi water was cold. I wasn't only client to complain about this, but nothing was done. Since clients pay 20€ for an hour of use, heat should not be in short supply. Plenty of hot water in bathroom though. Good breakfast buffet, but pastry shop next door is not to be missed.

Overall it is a charming, beautiful property in an historic building. The breakfast buffet could have been more attentive to juices and beverages on the table (there was no water or juice on the table) and the air conditioning was inadequate. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location in heart of beautiful old city.
Location in heart of town is wonderful. The spa is an extra €25 pp and it is unique in that it has old Roman ruin elements in it. It was a self service arrangement where you take yourself from one element to the next (hot showers, colder showers, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room etc). We asked about doing massages or spa services but they said they didn’t have staff that day so we didn’t try that aspect. Didn’t have time to eat any food at this hotel but there are lots of good restaurants nearby. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.

The best thing about the property is their location. It is right off of the main square a stone's throw to the Cathedral. We were suprised that even guests of the hotel were expected to pay 30 euros to access the spa area. The rooms were large enough for a mini-fridge and a coffee and tea station yet none were offered.

Answering to your comment we inform you that the spa circuit is not included in the price of the room. The guests of the hotel have an special price for the use of the spa and that's the price we offered you. About the mini-fridge and the coffee and tea station and due to Covid-19 we do not provide them in the room. On the Website we do not offer it.

Very well located, room clean, enough space for the family, and very good food in the taverna of the hotel. The only thing that upset us was the fact that we booked not knowing that the SPA was for adults only. We booked the hotel because of the SPA, to go with the kids, and we could not use it with them. The information was provided only after the booking.

Great place to stay in Segovia
I score this hotel a 10 for several reasons. The service was excellent, the rooms were excellent, but most important...the location is great. We were in Segovia to see the sights, and the sights were very easy to reach from the hotel.

Good choice in centre of Segovia
Excellent location for sightseeing. Hotel was everything we hoped for. Plenty of restaurants and cake shops nearby. Definitely recommend valet parking. Worth every penny not to have to negotiate the very narrow streets by car!

The room with double bed was fine overall if a little on the small side. I found the space in bathroom somewhat tight between the wash basin and the shower/bath area. If the glass screen opened access would be easier. I did not like that I could not adjust the air conditioning. You have to ask reception to come up and set. Why? I did not have breakfast as when I travel I like to go local and have a cafe con leche, churros and zumo at a local cafetaria. The location is very good, close to the plaza mayor. The price/quality ratio is ok but I did find better in Salamanca for example.

Most of it went fine. The key cards regularly did not work, and within my 6 day stay I believe I changed my cards as many, if not more, times. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room itself was nice, so I would speak positively of the experience.

A very nice and comfortable hotel, right next to the Plaza Mayor. very friendly and helpful staff. A very nice room, very comfortable. Only problem that we had were with two large heavy suitcases and two sets of stairs.

Great location!
The hotel was located in a great part of town. The rooms were a bit run down but clean. The beds were extremely hard. There was one staff member, a younger gal that was pretty rude when we asked questions at the front desk. The buffet breakfast was overpriced.

Best location in town just off the main square. Can drive in through pedestrian area and park for half hour to drop off luggage, but have to park permanently elsewhere, which wasn't too hard. Lovely professional staff, nice rooms. Thoroughly recommended. I did;t see anywhere better

We stayed for three nights, on a room only basis so cannot comment on the restaurant. Our room overlooked an internal courtyard so no nice view but on the plus side it was quiet. The room was a decent size and equipped with all essentials; bed and pillows comfortable. Small but well appointed bathroom (with bathtub). Everything worked!

We drove down the hill and parked overnight until 10 am for €1. Dont take the hotel parking option at €17.50!
