I really like everything about this place. Check in can get a little backed up, it's all great. It takes a few minutes to get the hang of everything in the room, but it's worth the effort. The beds are so comfortable you want to stay forever. The shower is very nice, too. Looking forward to going back.

CitizenM Roissy is a fun and very comfortable place. I like staying there. The staff is kind and always very helpful/polite/professional. It's my favourite hotel at Roissy Airport!

The hotel was close to the tram station and 2 stops from the Airport The room was small but a lot of attention to detail. The mattress was super comfy. The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive. Overall a great experience.

Location is excellent for walking to the RER and airport tram to access all of the terminals. Easy to find from the RER station you just need to follow the signs to the hotel. Hotel has a nice ambiance and the rooms are clean comfortable, and quiet. Would stay again before an early morning fight!

The room was great. Some staff are attentive, some staff won’t even look at you. Very near by the airport. Value, get what you pay for, is high. Checking in is a nightmare. The automated system is not very reliable. Overall, 7 out of 10

I arrived late at night from CDG and to location to the hotel is poorly indicated and you need to cross by feet a non illuminated park area to get to the hotel. Other hotels near by have large luminous signs that you can follow to get into property. The Citizen M sign is low and small and not visible from the square which makes a late arrival a bit tricky . The rooms, showers and the accommodations are fantastic. If you have small luggage and you get to the hotel during the day is a great stay. If you are aloje with a lot of luggage and you’re arriving late i will recommend other options.

Very hi tech property. Self check in but there was someone there to help if need be. The staff was friendly and kind. Walking distance from Terminal 3. There is a lounge and you can get food we just had an appy which was good. The room was co trolled by the iPad which was fun to play with the lighting etc. all in all a great stay. Would recommend

The rooms are NOTHING like what are represented in the pictures - I've stayed in ships cabins that are bigger, The rooms are barely 8 feet wide with nowhere to sit and no place to put luggage. The shower and toilet are exposed to the entire room except for a bit of frosted glass. Everything is controled by a tablet (lights and tv) the tv could only receive 3-4 chanels at best, the lights were either all on or all off, meaning you could not just turn on the bedside lamp, you had to light up the entire room (ALL lights) It is a fun concept with VERY poor execution. For $30 more I could have stayed at the Ibis that was closer to the train station.

I miss my flight and my only option was to rebook for the next day. This property was conveniently located a walking distance from the airport and priced right. The decor was modern and clean and the staff was incredibly kind.

Very close to Terminal 3 at CDG in Paris. Short walk with bags. 5 minutes. Good help at check-in and out. Fun lobby area; very relaxing and laid back atmosphere. Good place for a short stay.

Steps from Terminal 3 RER B stop and the RoissyBus Depot is CitizenM hotel. Think a cross between a cosy capsule room with tech controls using an IPad. The ground floor lobby is a clubhouse with bar and dining room; a big community space for hanging out, having a glass of wine /beer and socializing. Can’t beat the fact that you can walk less than 8 minutes to the terminal and get to the shuttle for T1 for your flight. The food available is pricy so I recommend eating before your overnight stay; but it’s good that they have food. Excellent shower, mood lighting - a fun place to stay.

Close the terminals for flights but the tech wasn’t always operating at peak performance and limited the use of the room conveniences. iPad went out in the morning so we only had the lamp to shower in the morning or all of the lights so one person couldn’t sleep in as the room lights had to be used to light the bathroom being that light was run on the iPad or on all the other lights. Checkin didn’t add to the experience and seemed like an unnecessary step as a person was still there guiding everyone through the process anyways.

They woke me up at 4:00 am and was able to scan the door open which made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked the front desk, they told me that somehow my room had requested a wake up at 4:00am. They were telling me that that is the only time they can physically open the door to come in. As a woman traveling by myself, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. They never explained how the alarm was set. I never did. After I called the front desk, for some reason my tablet that was connected to TV, lights and the curtains was not working for about two hours before my check-out time.
