The most wonderful stay. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Perfect location, beautiful beaches, wonderful food - we highly rate Adam and Eve, Prabu’s hospitality was to the highest standard. We also enjoyed our private Creole dinner on the beach - thank you to Denise and Andrew for hosting such a special evening. Sid and the team at Kabana were also fantastic! Every member of staff were so attentive and welcoming, too many to name individually - so just one big thank you to all. We will definitely be back!

Most of the aspects of Ephelia are great, the location, the food, (most of) the staff, the ocean etc. So why only three stars? Mainly two reasons: 1) mosquitoes. Everywhere. In the room, in the restaurants, at the pool, at the beach. Swarms of mosquitoes that attack you relentlessly. I realize that there essentially is a swamp in the middle of the resort, so of course there will be mosquitoes, but given the location the resort really needs to do more about this. They fumigate the island every few days, but that's clearly not enough. More fumigation, bug zappers and mosquito nets in the rooms and so on are needed. Or at the very least warn guests to bring strong repellant. 2) the dive center. We only did one dive because the other days the dive did either not happen because of too few people or was booked out. On top of that the dive master was very unfriendly und unhelpful, she didn't even want to tell us which dive site we were going to. Having been diving at other Constance properties we expected much more and were very disappointed. There were some other minor annoyances (e.g. breakfast supposedly starts at 7am, but if you actually go there at 7 half the food is not ready yet and the staff are still preparing everything), but the mosquitoes alone make me not want to stay here again.

We have just returned from a ten night stay at the Constance Ephelia where we had the most fantastic holiday. This is an outstanding resort in a paradise setting with the most friendly and welcoming staff you could possibly wish for. Everything about it was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a junior suite which was perfectly located close to the beach and restaurants on the south beach . The spa was incredible and treatments there were superb. In particular the facial was probably the best I have ever experienced. The quality of the food was fantastic with so much choice that we were never bored. We tried all of the restaurants except for Cyann and without exception they were excellent. The resort never felt busy and there were so many places to sit and relax. We used the fitness centre - I swam and my husband used the gym where facilities were great. We also tried the zip line on the resort which was great fun and joined the walk to swim in the waterfall which was difficult but a fantastic experience. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts and this one rates among the best. We would return again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is well laid out and family friendly. Kids' food and the kids club and activities were better than another resort we visited in the Seychelles.

Almost nothing to criticize, very large territory, spacious rooms, nice staff. The only trouble - extremely high rates for the food. Of course the hotel is luxury one, but I think it will be more fair to decrease the rates for buffet and a-la-carte. ~100$ pro person for dinner, if you are a family of 5, is much too much

It you want a tropical escape to luxury, beauty, and bliss then Constance Ephelia is the place to recharge. The grounds are simply beautiful with most picturesque beaches in the world. Services was amazing and we can't thank James and Mary enough for their hospitality. Everyone on the resort is helpful and friendly. Most resorts I have been too in the past had mediocre food, but I was finally highly impressed by all the restaurants here and only ate off the resort for lunch 3 times out of 6 days there ( half-board). The complimentary bikes for the villa guest revived my wife's interest in biking. The wild life at the resort was better then going to some zoos. Wild crabs, fruit bats, and fish naturally surround the grounds at a safe distance and the tortoise farm is available to watch everyday. To be in this kind of natural beauty does have its nuances as ants did make their way to our villa if food was left out. The SPA is amazing and we went back twice for massages and to use other facilities. The tennis court facilitates felt like being at an Olympic training site. Shuttle service around this massive resort went none stop and the 3 beaches here are unbeatable and not forgettable. You won't regret this choice and my wife said this was the best vacation I took her too, and we have been around.

We went to Seychelles for our babymoon and had a fantastic stay at Constance Ephelia. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel grounds were excellent, with two beaches to choose from. My wife had some pregnancy related concerns and the doctor on site was excellent and we really felt taken care of. Really recommended and will be happy to come back!

I was staying there for three days. I really love the property and the stuff mostly the food. I suggest that if you do full board you made a really good decision the buffet was amazing one thing I don’t like his the spa the spy so expensive me and my wife we paid $500 for just for 1 hour spot. This is ridiculous but overall I’ll give them 4.5

Best property I've ever stayed at!!! and thats saying something. Traveled for over 30 years, millions of flight miles. Chose this location to get married, didn't do a lot or research but was absolutely blown away with the room, staff and overall property. 5 excellent restaurants, book upon arrival. Even when we departed at 9pm, we spent the day on the beach and used the facilities all day, including showers and restaurants... you won't be disappointed. Book it, arrive, relax and enjoy...no need to leave the property unless you wanted too. Lots of families, also many small weddings ongoing. Reccomend booking half board. Complementary paddle boards, catamaran and laser sail boat to sail in the North Beach. We spent 8 nights. This hotel goes out of the way to make sure you are happy. Incredible stay.

We landed in Mahe at about 8:00 AM after traveling for about 24 hours (RDU-JFK-DOHA-SEZ), and everything went smoothly. We took a Cab to the Hotel as the check-in was at 2:00 PM, and we were not in a hurry. We landed at the Hotel around 9:30 AM and checked in. We changed our clothes in the changing room and were asked to go to Northside Beach and told that we would be called as soon as the Villa was ready. We got to the beach around 10:00 AM and expected to be given a Villa within a couple of hours. We found a spot under the shade and settled down. One hour goes by, Two hours go by, and no news. Three hours go by, and no news. Four hours go by, and no news. Keep in mind that we just traveled 24 hours and needed to shower and take a nap. No one asked if we were doing OK. If we needed water or anything else. No Internet Facility. They just dumped us at the beach and forgot about us. It was 85 Degrees, and hanging out at the beach for the first day for hours was not part of the plan. Finally, we got up and went to the reception at 2:30 PM, complaining about why we had not been given the Villa. Within a few minutes, a buggy showed up with Yogi (concierge), and she took us to the Villa. Our luggage was already in the room, and we assumed the room had been ready for a couple of hours. There seemed to be a communication breakdown during the handover between the person who checked us in vs. Yogi taking care of us. No explanation was given. No Apologies.

Generally speaking it is well recommended resort. Fine food fine room and very clean. If you go there, take the half board. breakfast and dinner buffet was were tasty. Here is the thing that wasn’t so good. We forgot pair of glasses in the room. We called the hotel from la digue few times asking them to help with the glasses. We needed to call them 3 times in couple of days. We left our number but no one bothered to call us back to coordinate the pick up. Finally we were told that the glasses are at the lost and found. Well excellent experience is measured by the tiniest details and we were disappointed just because no one really cared so go there if you can. Fine place to spend few days and hopefully you won’t need the guest relations assistant.

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The whole resort is breathtaking and has pretty much everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff was very helpful with all of our requests and even sent us complimentary champagne as a compensation for a small inconvenience that happened to us. The room was spacious and we had our own little garden that was perfect for the nights when we wanted to order in. We only went to the North beach, as there was red flag at the South beach the whole time we were there, but this one was so perfect that we didn’t want to move around anyway. My only critique is that the wifi in our room was pretty bad, there were periods during the day when it didn’t work at all and the tv was useless without good wifi connection.

Outstanding experience
One of the best hotels and best experience ever. Woodwick welcomed us beautifully. I was very surprised to meet Antoine who speaks lebanese fluently and assisted us throughout our stay exceptionally :) The service by all the team Yogi, Okeke and Especially Lalu was outstanding, they made our stay memorable.

Constance Ephelia is a very large beautiful resort. The staff there are extremely hospitable and accommodating. They took very good care of us, especially our one year old daughter. The resort is beachfront and has several pools and restaurants. The food and drinks were phenomenal. Can’t wait to visit again!

Surprisingly a good value for a family stay.
The hotel came recommended to us by friends who visited, but we were a bit hesitant because of the higher prices than some other similar properties on Mahe. We visited a few. Constance Ephelia had several things that worked in its favour. It is a rather large property and has multiple activities on offer that are not available within the grounds of other hotels. For example... hiking, zip line and two beaches are not available within other properties. Having gone around all three main islands in Seychelles, I must add that this hotel has one of the best snorkelling areas that is suitable for children. In terms of value for money, it does provide good value. Kids 6 and younger eat for free which for the price you pay is actually really great. The only thing that we had an issue with was the fact that we visited in peak season and we did not know that we should book all of the activities and make restaurant reservations prior to our arrival. That would have made things easier once we got there, because we had to do activities at times that weren't suitable for us or go to restaurants that were not our first choice.

First impression was a bit disappointing, as we faced small issues we had to deal with: like contact reception (took ages), broken tree in out patio, no sun beds at the beach as others reserve it from early morning. Staff at the buffet friendly and nice. Want to say a big thank you to manager Vijay that did everything to feel us more comfortable and happy

Beautiful resort with many activities
The photos do not explain the scale and splendor of this resort. This place is huge and super well maintained. Before 2PM, all guests can use the pools and hot tubs of the amazing spa - do not miss! Recommend getting meals included. Buffet is good and a value compared to ala carte restaurants.

We appreciated everyone's desire to work to make us feel great. They certainly still have points to improve for excellence, for luxury, but they know and most importantly work for it. In general the stay was good, the problem was the rooms were far away and walking in the heat was unpleasant. Also all restaurants, bars were in the open air, the heat and humidity were unpleasant. There wasn’t a single place to sit that is air conditioned. And the air conditioning in the rooms wasn’t strong enough.

The room location and layout was great and the food was excellent. The only thing we didn't like was that the beds were very uncomfortable (very hard). They made two attempts to add layers of padding on top of the bed to soften it, but it was still hard and uncomfortable and I was not able to sleep well. Everything else was great. CE is a beautiful resort indeed!

This property is just as stated on Expedia - gorgeous resort. With such a stellar resort, we were very disappointed with the food at all of the restaurants except the CYAN (excellent) head and shoulders above the restuarants. All food was overpriced to say the least and it was not that good especially for this resort and they are lacking greatly in customer service at the resort overall.
