The space
Our flat is stylish and elegant, 7 minutes walk to Ponds Forge International Sports Centre. Easy access walking into town for those who want to explore the city of steel. Ideal for contractors and families/friends. Close to a quiet park for those who want to catch some fresh air.

The living room: In the living room there is a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs and a smart TV logged into Netflix for your enjoyment, you can also find a variety of interesting channels.

The kitchen: Complete with a washing machine, fridge freezer and an oven. There is also a microwave, kettle and a toaster.

Bedroom 1: The Master bedroom is a very spacious room with a standing full mirror. There is also a 3 door wardrobe for easy clothes storage and a dedicated workspace/dressing table.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a single bed and a double door wardrobe for clothes storage. There is also a full standing mirror.

Bathroom: Complete with a bath and overhead shower, toilet and sink.

All tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, bathroom products, fresh towels and linen are provided as standard.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire flat. The keys are stored in a smart lockbox outside the main entrance.

There is an intercom system to use at your convenience.

The main door locks automatically when you close it, totally secure and completely private.
