"I didn't arrive to the hotel until 10:30 p.m. but I found the check in to be quick, the staff was friendly, and most importantly to me, the room was very clean. Unfortunately, because I had to leave at 5:00 a.m. the following day I was not able to visit the restaurant or any of the facilities. Should the occasion arise that I need to stay in the Heathrow Airport area, I would definitely stay at this hotel again"

"The service was impeccable in all ways. I injured my ankle in London and we were provided ice packs every time we asked for them. We were also provided amazing service at the front desk/information desk area, where one of the employees introduced us to City Mappers (a mobile application) that helped us get throughout London efficiently. "

"Hotel was very close to all London highlights. The problem is there are to Park Plaza and Uber and Taxi always pickup and drop off on the wrong hotel and we hav to cross the street if the driver is not willing to go to the other side."
