Fun interesting town. Only stayed overnight and it rained but still very enjoyable. Town church bells do make it difficult to sleep

Rooms are loud, A/C did not work in my room and I was lied to and was told I would be refunded for my stay but never was. Nobody available to fix A/C issue and they were not able to switch me to a different room. Stay elsewhere!!!

Great staff: kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Good location on main square in Cesky Krumlov. A bit of a walk from train station, but hotel provides transportation on request. Air conditioning was not working in all rooms, but staff quickly relocated us to one where it worked fine. Some staff is a little bit challenged in English, but they couldn’t be nicer and try hard.

The property location was very nice and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is a little difficult, but the staff do their best to make it simple. The AC was broken for us, but we opened the windows and that was sufficient. Small room overall, but that's to be expected with the hotel location in the square. I would recommend it and I would stay here again.
