Beautiful hotel perfectly located in Badenweiler to experience everything they have to offer. The Roman ruins, spa, castle ruins and amazing parks are all within a short and beautiful walk. Do not miss the giant Sequoia's in the park. The Breakfast is great. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the wifi is only available in the public areas. Staff has some English proficiency.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome and very helpful when it came to dinner recommendations. They even opened up breakfast a little early for us so we could leave at our scheduled time...very thoughtful.

I have been going to Badenweiler several times over the last 10 years and stayed in different hotels. I have once stayed in this hotel in the past. They have since renovated the interior and I really like what they have done to it. But best of all, the single room I was staying in, was not just of a decent size. It was huge. I really enjoyed that. Plus I liked the price.

Great hotel in a beautiful little German town!
We felt right at home at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included. We hope to stay here again next year.

Little picturesque town in the Black Forest
The tourist card given to us at check-in was an unexpected and very valuable benefit! Not only did it offer us discounts to the major attractions nearby, such as the thermal pools, but also offered free transportation on the local buses, streetcars and even trains all the way to Basel, Switzerland and up to Freiburg! We were able to see much more than we expected in the short time we were there.

Badenweiler's best
On walking distance from the centre of town, spacious room with balcony , but you dont have privacy on the balcony , because there is no fence between you and neighbours. Overall excellent hotel in nice and quiet neighbourhood

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und diesmal hat es uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Check in musste man selbst machen. Das Zimmer ist wohl nicht geputzt worden, denn unter dem Fenster lagen auf dem Boden Anziehsachen der Vorgänger. Hier handelt es sich nicht um Staub auf dem Bilderrahmen, sondern um gut sichtbare Sachen. Das Frühstück war auch enttäuschend. Das nächste Mal suchen wir uns im Badenweiler ein anderes Hotel

Sehr geehrte Nicole, es tut uns sehr Leid, dass der Aufenthalt nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit verlief. Für unseren Frühstück allerdings, bekommen wir viel Lob. Wir haben Brot, verschiedene Brötchen, süßigkeiten, Täglich freisch zubereitete Obst Platte, Gemüse, Tomate-Mozarella, Grillgemüse, verschiedene Wurst und Käsesorten und Lachs, was heut zu Tage kaum ein 3 Sterne Hotel anbittet. Ich würde gerne wissen, was Sie beim Frühstück vermisst haben, um es zu verbessern.Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Wij hadden de familiekamer en dat was meer een klein appartement met een apart keukentje. Badkamer was netjes alleen een nadeel was het grote bad waarin je ook moest douchen stond onder een schuine wand waardoor je niet recht kon staan.

Eher enttäuschend ...
Erste Enttäuschung gleich beim Einchecken: Keine Minibar im Zimmer! Auf Nachfrage Antwort: Gibt's in keinem Zimmer. (Steht aber in der Zimmerbechreibung bei hotels.com so drin!) 1-2Tage später erhalten wir von der "rechten Hand" der Chefin (die im Urlaub war) eine Minibar, die aus einem anderen Zimmer geholt wurde (nach Abreise der Gäste)!? Interessant ... Im Zimmer nur eine große Deckenleuchte und die Lampen am Bett. Gemütliches Spielen nicht unbedingt gut möglich. Das Frühstück ist von der Wurst- und Käseauswahl auch nicht richtig prickelnd, vor allem aber nicht die billigen Aufbackbrötchen. Die Bedienungen waren sehr unterschiedlich - eine junge Frau sehr nett, freundlich etc., eine andere verzieht keine Miene. Auch in punkto Sauberkeit des Zimmers eher unterer Durchschnitt. Alles in allem würden wir derzeit dort eher nicht wieder buchen.

Wg. Corona gab es - entgegen der Beschreibung - kein Frühstück. Andererseits hatte man so das gesamte Hotel ganz für sich allein!

Komfort und Sauberkeit in Ordnung, die Zimmer sind mit den wesentlichen üblichen Standards versehen. Der Service sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in der Getränkeversorgung sind ausbaufähig. Möglicherweise lag die unterdurchschnittliche Rezeptionsbesetzung in der Coronalage begründet. Fazit: Ein akzeptabeles Haus mit angemessenem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis !

Schönes Hotel mit Herz in bester Lage
Sehr schöne Zimmer und das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück in schönem Ambiente. Keine 5 Min. durch den Park zu den Thermen. Einfach top!
